Please close your eyes and focus on your feet.
Feeling the bottom of the feet.
Widening and meeting the earth,
Blending into Mother Earth.
As the roots grow through the bottom of your feet,
Extending down all the layers of the earth.
Feeling that connection as the roots grow down layer upon layer,
Feeling more and more connected,
More and more guided,
And pulled in by the Mother Earth energy.
When your roots reach the core.
That is filled with unconditional love and presence of the Mother.
I want you to bring up this energy through the roots all the way up.
Into the feet.
And as this energy enters the body,
You feel an instant connection and relaxing of all the cells and muscles so that the body is in a complete state of relaxation and trust.
Feeling open.
And connect it.
This energy continues to come up through the legs,
Over the knees,
Filling all the cells of the body with this love.
This love is what will wash away your previous experiences,
Wash away and gently clear all past memories,
Wounds,
Beliefs,
Conditioning,
Patterns of you and your family and ancestors,
Known and unknown,
Across all generations forward and back.
And as this energy makes its way up through into the hips,
Feeling this ultimate connection.
And support of the body.
With the life-giving forces of Mother Earth.
This energy now fills the root chakra,
Helping to balance and open up this chakra that holds you to the earth,
That connects you to this life,
To your body,
To your purpose,
Your sense of belonging.
Your sense of belonging in the tribe,
Your sense of being connected to others,
The reality,
The truth of who you are,
That we are all connected as beings.
Of love.
Feeling this true connection in your root chakra at the base of your spine.
Your sits bones,
Feeling this red energy radiating in all directions.
As you release and clear gently and lovingly,
Mother Earth is washing all of your past pain,
Wounds,
Beliefs.
Stuck patterns.
Beliefs about yourself,
Identities of others,
Releasing it all easily into the earth now.
Feeling serene and washed and clean and pure.
In the highest sense of the word.
This energy makes its way up into the second chakra.
Opening up the chakra and spinning it in the proper direction.
Helping you to feel aligned.
With love,
Relationships,
Connection.
Opening up to your mate.
Releasing all of the old struggles,
Control patterns.
Strife,
Frustration,
Misunderstandings.
Old hurts and betrayals flush through your system now into the earth to cleanse and purify your second chakra.
Allowing it to open and blossom.
In receivership of your relationship that will be your beloved with your beloved.
Releasing anything in the way of you having the love that you truly desire.
In the form of a relationship.
Moving this energy up into the third chakra,
The earth energy,
Unconditional love,
The clearing and healing energy of the mother.
Is now cleansing and purifying and releasing in the third chakra.
Let the power center who you are,
Who you see yourself to be.
Cleansing this mirror,
Releasing all old patterns,
Identities,
And beliefs that are keeping you stuck.
Feeling that you're not good enough.
Feeling that you're not ready.
Feeling that you'll never deserve the best relationship.
That you don't deserve to be with someone.
That you only deserve to be alone.
Releasing all these identities.
False idols.
Belief patterns and conditioning from you and your family going all the way back and all the way forward.
Releasing all of this stagnant energy through the feet into the earth.
Where it will be taken.
And brought back to source,
Transformed.
Now bringing this energy from the earth up into the heart,
Allowing the heart to unburden itself.
To release.
To feel relief.
To let go of the weight,
The weight of waiting.
The weight of being alone.
The weight of struggle.
Releasing the stories around aloneness,
Separation.
Betrayal,
Fear of others,
Fear of being intimate,
Fear of being vulnerable,
Fear of being yourself,
Fear of sharing your life.
Releasing all of these patterns,
Beliefs,
Conditioning into the earth now.
Allowing the heart to open.
And expand.
And glisten and sparkle and shine out into your entire field,
Filling your whole field with this green and pink energy of love from your heart.
From the Universal Heart.
Connecting you and aligning you with universal love.
Helping you to connect to your mate.
To bring them in to your reality.
Now,
Releasing all barriers.
To finding them.
And connecting in a meaningful way.
Take a deep breath in through the nose.
And release.
We now bring this energy up into the throat,
Opening and releasing and clearing the throat.
Metaphorically,
Physically,
Literally,
Clearing the throat.
Of all misguided notions,
Of all misunderstandings,
Of all false beings,
Of all false identities,
False beliefs.
Releasing all of the ways.
You fear to communicate,
You fear to express yourself,
You fear to tell the world who you are and what you desire,
The love that you desire.
The fear of admitting this to yourself,
To the world,
To others,
Releasing all of these stagnant energies down into the earth,
Gently releasing.
And clearing all of this energy now.
Opening up the throat to speak in love,
To speak with love,
To speak with your lover.
You're activating all of this energy now.
Moving the energy up into the head,
Clearing thoughts,
Doubts,
Worries,
Fears,
Fretting.
Being alone,
Ending up alone,
Dying alone,
Dissolving all these thoughts and fears now.
Opening up the third eye to see clearly.
Who you are and how.
And why and what and where,
Answering all the questions.
Being fully guided by Source.
Being able to connect a source to find your mate,
To bring in your mate,
Releasing all beliefs otherwise,
Releasing all beliefs and thoughts and fears to the contrary.
Bringing this energy up through the crown,
Out through the crown,
Up into the sky.
Where it will blossom and connect to source.
As this energy made its way up through your body.
It brought a trail of your desires to speak to the universe.
Clearly and passionately.
What you were looking for.
And now this signature,
This desire has activated.
And released into the sky.
Is bringing in some gold and white energy in through the crown.
Spiraling down into the body,
Filling the entire body,
Every cell of the body,
With this white and gold light.
To wash away anything that's still remaining.
That is interfering,
That is old,
That is stagnant.
That is keeping you from feeling alone,
Being alone.
Keeping you from finding your mate,
Releasing anything?
That you feel is keeping you alone.
Keeping you separate.
Washing away all of that energy now.
To leave you clean and pure.
Cleansed and ready.
Allowing this energy,
This white and gold energy to fill the entire body,
Radiating out from the heart,
Filling your entire energy field,
All the way around you,
Above and below you.
Like an egg.
Surrounding you in this pure light,
Filling you with this pure light.
