My name is Eleanor McDonald and we're going to go through a guided visualization to help you release fears,
Stagnant energy in the body,
Belief systems that is causing a lot of doubts,
That is making you fearful,
Maybe closing your heart down.
Stopping you from really getting yourself out there.
And being magnetic and dynamic as your beautiful love goddess self.
Becoming fully aware of the body.
All of our healing and manifesting is done through the body.
So taking your internal gaze.
And bringing your awareness to the feet.
The bottom of the feet,
Feeling them planted firmly on the earth,
Feeling the ground,
The mother earth holding you up and supporting you with unconditional love.
You may see and feel roots and growing from the feet and going down through the layers of the earth.
Into the core of the mother essence,
Bringing up this beautiful unconditional love.
Straight up into the feet and feeling a sense of belonging.
Feeling more confident as you connect and absorb this beautiful energy.
Pouring up through the legs,
Over the knees,
Into the thighs.
Moving up into the hips.
Filling the torso,
Moving up through into the heart,
Filling all of the cells and the organs with nourishing light-filled energy.
Opening the heart as you absorb this energy.
From Gaia.
Bringing it up into the shoulders,
Falling and flowing down through the arms and out through the hands.
Up into the throat.
Feeling a relaxing and a leaning into this energy as your body absorbs this like plant in the Sun basking in this energy.
Bringing it up into the head,
Filling the jaw,
The face,
The skull.
And rising up through the top of the crown,
Up into the sky.
Where you connect to your golden essence.
The source of who you truly are.
And bring down this beautiful golden energy.
Flooding down into the body.
Like this sparkling golden flow of light.
Pouring down through the body.
Mixing with the earth energy as it makes its way all the way down through the body,
Down the legs.
And out through the feet into the earth.
Where we are now connected as above,
So below.
Aware.
And in our body.
Aware of our energy fields,
Connected to our essence,
Connected to the earth.
And from this space of connection,
We can now expand.
So going back up into the heart,
The energetic heart is the entire chest area.
Feeling an opening,
You may visualize a flower as it blooms and blossoms and opens.
Maybe taking a moment to inhale and exhale from the heart.
And release.
Relaxing into the heart and allowing it to expand and blossom even more.
Expanding the heart energy to fill the entire body.
Your whole energy field,
All of your energy bodies going out in every direction as big as the room you're in,
Expanding as big as the city.
As big as the country.
As big as the world and beyond.
Taking a moment to feel this expansive,
Connected,
Grounded experience.
Feeling deeply rooted in the earth.
And wildly expansive in the body and energy.
And this is the beautiful,
Perfect space to release.
We can release from this expansion,
From this connection.
You may feel a sense that you don't want to hold on to anything in this space.
So now exploring and calling forward.
The goddess Persephone.
Who is the goddess of the underworld.
She is the master of the shadow.
So doing releasing and bringing things forward into the light,
She is assisting you by shining the light on these hidden patterns of fear,
These doubts that are living in the depths of the shadow.
That are running the show,
These doubts and fears.
Are making you want to contract your heart.
Are causing you to pull back.
To have trouble trusting others.
That you want to hide.
A feeling of being invisible.
Like a wallflower.
All of these energies were calling up so that Persephone The goddess can shine her light upon them and invite all of these doubts and fears to to reveal themselves.
You may see in your mind's eye.
An open glen.
With a bonfire.
Standing in a circle with the other goddesses who are listening to this audio.
To this healing,
The circle of irresistible love goddesses who are here.
And that is you.
You may feel a sense of connection.
You may be holding hands with the other goddesses who are here to also release any doubts and fears that are stopping them.
From experiencing,
Attracting,
Having,
Magnifying,
Whatever word you want to use,
A soulmate who is worthy of your heart.
You are unified in your intention,
Which means that the intention,
The desires,
And your will is amplified.
So taking a moment to notice the other goddesses in this circle.
Gazing upon the bonfire.
With the goddess Persephone presiding over this releasing ceremony.
And I want you to throw any doubts and fears.
Into the fire.
You may see these doubts and fears as tangible objects symbolically being thrown into the fire.
You may see them as colors that are releasing out of your body.
And directing them into the fire.
Whatever shows up is perfect for you in the way that you need to symbolically and metaphysically connect to the releasing that you're doing.
You're releasing energy at the moment and your subconscious may be showing you different symbols.
So it may be an object from the past.
And maybe a person.
It may be a thought,
It might be a color.
Just going with whatever comes up.
This is perfect for you.
This bonfire is as high as the sky.
As wide as the ocean.
And as powerful as you.
You are not burned by the fire.
Everything that goes into the fire is transformed and transmuted.
So you may see different colors.
Melting and showing up in the fire,
Violet.
Orange,
Gold,
Red,
All of these colors are the colors of transformation.
And you are actually nourished by this bonfire.
You are warmed by the fire.
It is giving you life as you stand before it,
As you stand around it in the circle of love goddesses.
Continuing to release and throw things into the fire.
If you're having trouble with this,
You can ask Persephone to assist you.
You can call on your angels,
Teachers,
And guides of the light.
You may call on Source Creator,
God.
Whoever you would like to call upon,
Who is of the highest and best light for you.
To assist you if you're having trouble releasing these doubts,
If you have a fear of bringing them to the light,
If you have a fear of being seen or seeing what you've previously not seen.
And I'm seeing a diamond.
In your heart.
That represents all of the struggles that you've been through.
All of the pressures in life,
All of the experiences from your childhood,
From your past,
From past relationships.
People who have not seen you,
Who have not respected you,
Who have not heard you or cherished you for who you are,
Who have caused you to doubt yourself.
And seeing this diamond in the heart space as a symbol of your transformation.
Of what you have created within yourself through all of these experiences.
This is the gem of wisdom.
This is the gem of transformation within your heart that you have cultivated.
Being shown to you as a confirmation of how far you've come.
And releasing these doubts and fears today has caused your diamond to shine even brighter.
With even more facets of light,
With even more healing brilliance.
And taking a moment to celebrate with all of the other goddesses that are here today.
Of how far you've come,
How far we have traveled.
To be here today.
And making a group intention to support yourself and all of those who are here.
To step into your power.
And to create and manifest the love that you are looking for.
Of a worthy soulmate who will see you and hear you.
And be with you.
In a way that honors and respects and cherishes you just as you are.
As your true goddess self,
As your irresistible love goddess self.
And so it is.
And so it is.

For assisting us and any other.
Beings archetypes,
Or energies that are supporting you.
And coming back into the present moment into the room you're in feeling alive feeling clear feeling spacious and expansive and excited for what you can now attract into your life the kind of love you've been looking for And when you're ready,
