You ARE The Centre Of Your Universe

Do you remember being told at some point in your life: "Who do you think you are! The centre of the Universe!" Or, "The Universe does not revolve around you, you know!"

They were well meaning adults that were also taught to always think of others first. Don’t ask anything about how your life could be improved or try to get too much attention now!

We have been indoctrinated into believing that everyone else is more important than us. We must put our needs and desires last. Others are far more important.

In this short talk I speak to the truth that how you feel matters and your life matters too!
