5 Minute Water Meditation - Take a breath. Take a few moments for yourself. Calm the body and mind. A moment in time for you to tune out of your thoughts and feel connected and at peace with yourself, life and the day.

Welcome to this meditation.

Use this if you need time out from your thoughts.

These five minutes of relaxation,

Of going into your heart,

Will allow you to get out of the chaos in your head and your thoughts for a few moments.

So your energy can get back into alignment and your decisions and the solutions to whatever it is that you are seeking will flow more easily for you.

So take a deep breath in and release.

Close your eyes now.

Another deep breath in and release.

One more deep breath in and release.

All the tension.

As you focus on the sounds of the water,

Also focus on the beautiful breath,

The air coming in through your nose and out.

Just in a natural rhythm.

Feel the air as it comes into your body and travels down into every cell.

Feel it as it comes back up out of your body and into the space.

Focus on the water as you breathe normally.

Any thoughts that come in,

Allow them to float away downstream with the water until it's time to think about them again.

Feel the energy in your heart space now.

Feel this beautiful light inside your chest cavity.

Feel it as it grows stronger and brighter.

See it now radiating in your chest cavity,

In your heart chakra.

See it now radiating out through your skin around your entire body like a beautiful light shining out its beautiful rays.

All around your body,

Through your skin and out of your body to all the space around you filling it with light.

Focus on the water.

Being here now with your light radiating out from all angles of your body and in flow with the water.

Take a deep breath in and out.

You are now back into your heart space,

Back flowing down the river,

Back in alignment.

Now as you go back to your day you will have greater focus,

Be more intentional and be more in flow.
