Find yourself in a comfortable position,
Either sitting or laying down.
Feel yourself allowing this beautiful light in through your crown chakra now,
Relaxing your mind,
Relaxing your head,
Allow this beautiful light to flow down now.
As it flows,
Flowing down now into your neck,
Your shoulders,
Relaxing every part of your body,
This beautiful light flowing down,
Filling your body with this beautiful warm loving light,
It's source energy,
This light flowing down now into your womb,
Feeling the oneness of all you are,
Full relaxed state and this beautiful light that surrounds you.
Now I want you to focus on the beautiful space that is your heart space,
Feeling grounded,
Feeling connected and I want you to imagine one of your guides coming into this space,
All guide could be an angel,
Whoever you imagine your guide to be is perfect.
Now I want you to sit with this guide,
What your deepest desire is right now and will light up the possibilities and potential for you to really manifest these deepest desires.
So take a moment now to truly connect with your guide and now that you've received guidance and messages,
