Hello and welcome to this meditation for inner peace and calm.

Peace is not something you need to find within yourself,

It is already in your essence,

In the grace of your heart.

So often though in our busy lives our mind becomes so chaotic and noisy that peace is hard to remember and access.

In this guided meditation I will lead you through a process to connect you to the peace you already possess,

Guiding you to the discovery of the witness behind your eyes and acceptance of what is and open you to more love,

Peace and nurture as you return to and remember the grace of your heart.

You will feel your heart space begin to be more dominant than your noisy mind and you will feel a beautiful and calming effect that you can tap into anytime.

I wish peace calm and clarity for you.

Blessings and love for honoring yourself with this meditation and may you always remember the love and peace that is in your essence,

In you.

Okay let's begin.

Find yourself in a comfortable position either sitting or laying down.

Have your fingers in the Guyan Yana Mudra position for acceptance and calm if it is comfortable for you like this.

Bring the tip of your thumb to the tip of your pointer finger.

Extend the middle ring and pinky finger.

The thumb represents the ego and the index finger represents Jupiter which is knowledge and acceptance.

This gesture or mudra position implies that we come to understand beyond our ego and is a beautiful position for acceptance and calm.

So as you get yourself comfortable and get your fingers in the mudra position,

Take a big cleansing breath in bringing your breath all the way to the bottom of your lungs so that your stomach expands and as you let out this breath,

Feel it exit your body taking any stress or worries you may have.

Take another deep breath in and exhale feeling calm and relaxed.

One more deep breath in and relax fully as you exhale.

With your normal breathing pattern resuming now,

Be aware of the air as it enters into your nostrils and flows down into your body and be aware of the breath leaving your body.

With each normal breath,

Feel any last bits of tension or resistance leave your body with every exhale.

After a few moments you may find that your breathing slows down.

Now I want to take you through a scan of your body to release any other tension you may be holding on to right now.

Become aware of your head,

Let go of any tension you can feel there.

Let there be ease.

Become aware of your face,

Let go of any tension you are holding there in your forehead,

Jaw or temples.

Let there be ease.

Become aware of your shoulders and neck,

Let go of any tension you can sense.

Drop your shoulders,

Loosen your neck,

Let there be ease.

Become aware of your arms and hands,

Let go of any tension you feel in the left arm,

And the right arm.

Let there be ease.

Become aware now of your torso,

Your middle body,

Your organs,

Let there be ease.

Become aware now of your hips and upper legs.

Release any tension you may be holding in your buttocks or thighs,

Let there be ease.

Become aware now of your lower legs,

Your ankles,

Your feet.

Allow any tension to be let go in your calves and toes.

Let there be ease.

Let's breathe that through the body now with a cleansing deep breath as we breathe in and exhale.

Imagine now that you are in a beautiful field.

See and sense and smell the green grass in this field and notice the bright colourful wild flowers that are off to the left.

Feel into and imagine you are here in this beautiful field with the mild warmth of the sun beaming down and warming your body,

Feeling curious and calm with a sense of home.

Any thoughts that are flowing through your mind simply allow them to come up and flow on through like the breeze that is gently flowing by you that you can feel on your skin.

To your right you can now see a path emerging.

What does this path look like to you?

How does it feel?

Is it a soft path?

Is it gravel,

Cobblestones?

Is it lined with wildflowers or perhaps trees that are swaying in the breeze?

Is it simply a clearing in the grassy field that you are being called to follow?

This path that you can sense,

See or feel is safe and inviting as you begin to walk on this path.

You begin to feel calm and peaceful,

Curious about the journey on this beautiful path in this magical beautiful field.

After a short while moving down this path,

Your beautiful unique path,

You come to a building.

It could be a temple,

It could be a house,

It could be a castle,

It could be colourful or simply plain white.

Whatever you see,

Feel or sense is perfect.

Notice now the large inviting door at the entrance to this building and as you move closer to this building and closer to the door,

You notice it's a stunning door with ornate decorations and carvings.

Or perhaps you can see a plain simple door.

Whatever you feel,

Sense or see is perfect for you as you move closer to this building and closer to this door that is inviting you in.

As you arrive,

You open this beautiful inviting door and you step inside the building and in front of you is a grand open space filled with light and good feeling energy.

As you stand in the center of this open light space,

You feel safe,

You feel warm,

You feel nurtured like a big energetic hug surrounding you.

Notice now as you feel this,

A beautiful pink mist come into the room and fill the space around you like whispers of fog blowing gently in the breeze.

This pink mist and energy feels very peaceful and calming as it enters the room from all around you and envelops your body.

You feel the sensations of love and connection and grace all around you.

In this beautiful pink energy,

You feel surrounded by loving angels,

Guides and energies that seem somehow familiar to you.

You feel like you are at home.

This beautiful place of peace is always within you and accessible and from this place of peace,

Acceptance and gratitude can be what leads your day rather than the chaos and the stress that your mind often gets too loud with.

This beautiful loving space is within you.

You are the grace of love.

You are peace.

You are love.

Your journey here in this lifetime is to rediscover this place of peace you find yourself in right now.

Surrounded by beautiful pink light and energy.

From this perspective everything in your conscious life is perfect and in divine order and timing.

From this place of acceptance,

Love and gratitude you can step out of the chaotic mind and make decisions based on love,

Acceptance and peace.

Making decisions based on love will change the chaos that you feel within and often externally.

Bringing yourself to this place of love,

Of pure love within yourself allows you to be the witness to your life rather than the reactor.

Feel into this energy as you stand in this magnificent place.

You can hear a message now from the beautiful loving energies that are in this space with you.

They are saying it is okay to feel this way.

It is okay to nurture yourself.

It is okay to look for peace as a solution.

It is also okay to feel all that you feel no matter where you stand right now.

You are loved,

You are whole,

You are supported.

As you hear these messages you may also now hear your own messages or the answer to a question that you may like to ask.

Feel,

Ask or hear this now.

In this beautiful peaceful calm state you now thank your guides,

Your angels,

The energy around you,

The love that brought you a message.

Feel the gratitude in your heart as you now turn to the door and begin to leave this building.

Knowing that you can return at any time simply by going within and breathing into your heart space.

Feeling very loved and supported and in full acceptance and gratitude for all that is right now in your life.

You move back through the door and out on to the beautiful path that brought you here.

Walking back along this beautiful path seeing and feeling the air as it caresses your skin.

Seeing the grass and the wildflowers with much clearer eyes as their brilliance stands out to you and the colour is more vibrant.

And as you see the whole scene you have wiser eyes and more intuitive senses.

As you reach the field you look back and thank your heart for opening up this beautiful peace and serenity for you and know that self-nurture is a loving act and a gift to yourself.

Bring this beautiful peaceful and calm energy back with you as you now begin to sense where you are sitting in the room you are in.

You begin to hear the sounds around you and feel your body as you return to it.

Knowing this peace will bring you freedom,

Joy and ease.

You now begin to feel your body.

You may like to wiggle your toes or stretch as you come back into the room and as you become aware of yourself and your physical body again.

As you go about the rest of your day and each day that follows tune in to this peace and calm that is always within.

Remember the love that you are.
