Begin by taking a comfortable seat,
Rising your spine nice and tall,
Lifting through the crown of the head and settling into your body.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and let it go out the mouth.
Take another deep breath in,
Seeing if you can sip in just a little more air and let it go out the mouth as you relax the shoulders and the jaw.
Taking one more breath in,
Biggest breath you've taken today,
And exhale out the mouth,
Let it all go as you fully arrive to this moment,
Allowing your breath to return to normal and arriving into your body,
Bringing your awareness to your neck and your shoulders,
Not thinking about them but just feeling them,
Noticing any tension or contraction,
And just seeing if you can invite softness,
Release,
Let it go,
And then feeling your spine go longer without extra effort,
Allowing your awareness to be in your whole body,
Feeling the buzzing of the prana flowing through you head to toe,
And just enjoy this for a moment,
And then bring your attention to your third eye or the point just above the middle of your brows,
Softening this space,
And then letting yourself go through this portal,
No longer focusing on the point or the sensations of your body but allowing yourself just to be out there in space and outside of time.
As you allow yourself to exist beyond space and time,
Invite in the question,
No need to search for answers which is floating here with this question,
And begin to bring your energy back towards your body,
Calling yourself back in through that third eye portal,
And only all parts of yourself are welcome,
Leaving behind anything that is not,
And as you feel yourself come back into your body,
Becoming aware of your physical sensations again,
Reconnect with your breath,
I am allowing this knowingness to settle into every cell of your body,
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Exhale,
Let it go,
Coming back into the room,
Take another deep breath in to come back into this time and space,
And exhale to feel grounded and grateful for your practice,
For your inquiry,
For your remembrance.
Ready,
You can open your eyes,
Taking with you this groundedness,
This peace,
And this knowingness through the rest of your day or into your sleep.
Thank you for joining me today.
Namaste.
