This meditation is for anyone who desires to increase their health,

Lose weight,

Gain strength or alter their physical body and experience for the better.

So begin by taking a comfortable seat and sitting up nice and tall and pull a deep breath in through the nose down to the belly,

Expanding the lungs and the ribs and exhale at the mouth as you let it go,

Sinking deeply into your seat and begin to just arrive here in your body,

Beginning to imagine what it would feel like to have the level of health that you desire,

Beginning to imagine what it would feel like to live in the body that you desire,

Allowing yourself to experience that lightness,

That feeling of gratitude,

Of confidence,

Imagining your clothes fitting just right,

Your health complications melting away,

Your body rebalancing itself,

What does that feel like?

And when you begin to feel this experience and allow it to expand in your body,

Notice how you show up in the world,

Notice how you talk to yourself,

Notice how you talk to and how you listen to your body,

Notice how you interact with other people,

How your posture changes,

What choices you make as this vital,

Alive,

Healthy,

Vibrant,

Strong human,

Allowing yourself to explore this feeling,

Explore this version of you,

Allowing yourselves to receive the information of what it feels like to be this version of you,

Noticing how this version is available to you right now from within and continue to just allow this version to encapsulate your body,

Your mind and your spirit,

Your emotions from the inside out,

Allowing the gratitude to pour in through your body for having gotten here in this visualization.

And from this place,

Asking yourself,

From my wisdom body,

What do I need to do to get here?

What choices does this new version of you make?

Does it get outside support?

Does it eat differently?

Does it exercise differently?

Does this version of you experience a more resilient nervous system?

Notice and take note and practice this meditation daily for as long as you want to come back to the how,

To come back to your inner compass and your inner wisdom,

To become this version of you who is healthy and strong and light and feels good.

You must show up like this version of you does.

So take a deep breath in to gather in this beautiful feeling and exhale,

Let go of everything that's holding you back.

And may you move through your day as this version of you would today and for the days to come.

As the reality around you begins to shift to reflect your new inner reality back to you.
