This meditation is a great way to get present and into your body. relax into the sounds of nature as you journey into a guided visualization of the reality you wish to create. utilize this track to embody the person you are in this reality so that you can truly begin to step into it.

Transcript

Take a moment to settle in,

Finding a comfortable seat or lying down.

Begin to allow your body to relax into wherever you are.

Take a deep breath in to the belly and exhale out the mouth,

Pressing all the air out.

Another deep breath in,

Expanding the rib cage.

Exhale out the mouth,

Using your core to press out the remaining air.

One more deep breath in,

See if you can sip in just a little bit more air.

And exhale,

Really settling into your seat.

And just beginning to arrive in your body here,

Noticing any tension,

Noticing how it's communicating to you through sensations like hunger,

Thirst,

Or tightness.

Maybe even noticing,

Wow,

I feel good in this area.

Nothing to fix or change,

Just to notice and observe.

Getting connected to a resourced place,

So acknowledging the chair or the couch or the bed or the floor that's holding your body up right now.

Noticing how your heart beats and your lungs breathe without you trying.

How the room that you're in holds space for you,

You don't have to earn it.

And just for a few minutes,

Allowing yourself to feel safe here.

Breathing this in,

And exhale,

Relax into it.

I want you to begin thinking about the person that you want to be.

Whoever you're trying to become or whatever reality you're trying to manifest.

In order to create that reality,

How do you have to show up?

So just beginning to imagine how you show up in this reality that you desire.

How do you talk?

How do you talk to yourself?

How does it feel to move about your day to day,

Whether it's work or home life?

Notice what this version of you is like as it moves through life.

Does she stand up taller?

Does she have a solid practice?

Does she laugh more?

Is she in tune with her body and the natural cycles?

Is she connected to her friends and family?

Notice where there's more space in this version of you.

And begin to allow this version to take up space in your body now.

As you imagine yourself moving through a day as this upgraded self.

Maybe you feel more confident.

Maybe as you sit here imagining,

You feel taller and lighter.

Maybe you're in full surrender to life,

Trusting that it has your back and it supports you.

And with each breath in,

As you notice how this physically feels in your body now,

I want you to try to expand these feelings in your body.

So if you're feeling light,

See if you can stretch the light.

If you're feeling tall,

See if you can grow taller.

Using your breath to bring it in and to lean in.

Shifting away from the stories or the imagining of how you're moving through life and now just feeling how it feels in your body.

Embodying this version of you.

And taking a mental screenshot of what this feels like.

And from this place of center and high vibe,

Realizing that this feeling is available to you at any time because you just created it and connected with it.

So anytime you need to return to this practice or to this feeling of the version of you you're trying to become,

You may.

And as you practice doing that,

You'll find that version of you is you.

And the reality you're trying to create is a product of the energy that you're giving out by walking through life more embodied.

You are powerful and you get to choose anything that you want to feel,

Including sadness and anger and grief and joy and peace and confidence.

There's room for all of it here.

And noticing if this new version of you has more capacity to hold space,

To hold space for all parts of you.

Reconnecting to that motherly energy who loves and sees and holds space.

Taking a deep breath into your heart space.

Exhale,

Let this all go.

And when I count back up from three,

You may open your eyes feeling light and embodied and relaxed.

Three,

Two,

One.

Thank you for taking time for yourself today to embody that which you are,

That which you are becoming.
