Hello and welcome to Tranquil Sleep Meditation.
My name is Jacqueline and I am going to take you on a sleep journey where I will leave you to enjoy a tranquil night's sleep.
So if you are ready,
Settle into your most comfortable sleep position as you snuggle into your bed.
Leave your body until you feel really nestled into your mattress.
Pull the covers around you and enjoy their comfort and warmth as your body nestles a little more.
Now take a breath as deep as you like as you prepare for our journey.
Close your eyes and breathe in.
Hold that breath for a moment and now gently allow the breath to flow out.
Again,
Breathe in.
Hold that breath and release it as you feel your body starting to relax.
This is your time to sleep,
Your time to relax and leave the day behind.
Now as you breathe,
Allow the breaths to be a little longer than normal.

Breathe out 2,
3,
4.
Breathe in 2,

4.
Breathe out 2,
3,
4.
Now breathe in your own rhythm as you allow yourself to relax.
It's nearly time to start our journey as you relax a little more.
Allow your forehead to relax as you focus your breath there.
Allow your eyes to relax as you focus your breath there.
Allow your cheeks to relax as you focus your breath there.
Allow your jaw to relax as you focus your breath there.
Allow your head to relax into your pillow.
Join the comfort it brings as you feel yourself relaxing more and more.
Allow your whole body to relax in your bed as peace and stillness begin to take over.
Allowing you to relax more and more.
As your body relaxes,
Your mind begins to wander on its own journey of relaxation as it wanders out into the galaxy.
Before you,
You see trillions of stars set in the midnight sky.
They sparkle and shimmer but not in a glaring way.
In a way that makes them look like warm candles emitting a comforting glow.
The stars form patterns showing symbols of joy and how the patterns turn to symbols of comfort.
How they change to show symbols of love.
As you watch the stars,
Some of them start to slowly disappear.
The remaining stars are dimming their light as the stars are becoming fewer and fewer.
Your mind is becoming sleepy as it relaxes along with your body.
So relaxed.
So relaxed.
Sleep is coming and you welcome it.
The remaining stars are still glowing but much much dimmer now.
But that's okay as you're nearly ready for sleep.
You are so relaxed.
The midnight sky is comforting as you allow this blanket of peace to envelope you.
As you feel more and more relaxed and ready to sleep,
You feel tranquil.
You feel calm.
You feel relaxed.
You feel sleepy.
Your mind begins to close down and allow sleep to take over as you watch the last of the stars with their gentle light.
You feel so peaceful.
You feel so sleepy.
There are only a few stars left and their glow is hardly noticeable.
You are more relaxed than you have ever been and sleep is so close.
The journey in the night sky is nearly over.
It has been so calming.
So enjoyable.
So relaxing.
As you see the last of the stars flicker and fade.
Darkness covers you and peacefulness fills your heart.
As you feel so relaxed,
You are ready and you fall into a deep deep sleep.
