Healing Boundaries. Protect Yourself From Energy Vampires

This track is for those times when you feel like your boundaries have been crossed and you need to clear someone out of your energy field. We go into your field and clear anyone or anything that is not meant to be there. We then raise the vibration of your energy field. There are moments in this visualization to receive messages from your Highest Self, Animal Guide, and Archangel Michael.

Welcome to this track,

Healing boundaries,

Protect yourself from energy vampires.

This is a visualization that I've created for those times when you feel like you're exhausted or maybe you're feeling really overly negative because someone or something is in your energy field,

Taking and influencing your energy.

You know how you spend time with someone and you then leave them and all their negativity seems to have rubbed off on you?

This is what that track is for.

Grab a pen and paper so that you can do a bit of journaling and should you see a person or a name that you'd like to clear today you might like to write that down.

Sometimes there's a person that you see and they can run confusion around you so that you forget to clear them out of your energy field after you've left them.

They're very very clever energy vampires.

As I'm saying all of this,

Write down all of the names that come into your mind and then what you'll do is you'll just cross them off as you've cleared them from your field as we move through.

Set your intention now and know that you have all that you need to clear and heal your energy field at all times.

It is your field and it is yours to manage and protect.

You've got everything you need.

Energy vampire.

Energy vampires come in via energy.

They take energy.

It's all energy.

You are in control from now on of your own energy field and who enters it.

All that you clear in this session will be cleared for good.

It will not come back.

Now I'd like you to take some time to get comfortable.

It's time to close your eyes now or bring your focus down to a single point and bring yourself into your body.

I want you to start feeling into your body.

Are there any places of tension in your body?

Just bring your awareness to them.

Breathe into those places of tension.

Let them expand to give them as much space as they need.

Then exhale and just drop into them and allow them to dissipate.

Relaxing your shoulders now.

Moving them down away from your ears.

Unclenching your jaw.

Remove your tongue from the roof of your mouth.

Let's visualize now yourself walking along a path.

You're in nature somewhere beautiful and you see steps down or a path leading down.

You slowly take that path.

As you get to the start of the path you notice a beautiful animal guide is there to stay with you,

To keep you safe and to support you on your journey to healing and clearing these energy vampires out of your field.

Thank and welcome the animal and now continue down the path.

As you make your way down the path you'll see the end of the path and each step you take down takes you more deep into your beautiful energy field.

Brings you deeper into your awareness.

When you come to the end of the path and the path opens to a beautiful field.

This field that you see is your energy field.

So before you knew what your energy field,

Think about how big that was.

Think about what it looked like.

Really get to know your energy field now.

Don't try to reduce it.

Don't try to tell yourself it's not true or it's too big or anything too small whatever.

Just let it be exactly as it is.

Now as you see this beautiful energy field around you,

I want you to start to notice who's in there.

Who's in this energy field of yours with you?

There might be people in there that you know and there might be energies or people in there that you don't know.

All of this is okay.

You've got your animal guide with you and now we're going to call in Archangel Michael for protection and courage to also be here with you now to support you in this beautiful clearing work that you're going to do.

So now with your beautiful guide,

Animal Guide and Archangel Michael with you,

I want you to see each person or energy,

Speak to them.

Don't get into too deep conversations unless you feel it's safe to do so.

But thank them for the lessons.

Thank them for showing you what it is that you needed to see in order to grow.

And then you can say to them,

Our time together is now done.

All of our contracts are broken.

I cancel all contracts.

I revoke all agreements.

My energy is mine and you no longer have access.

This goes across all timelines,

All universes,

Forever and ever.

It's time for you to go now.

And you see and leave your field.

If they're resistant to going,

If they're resistant to going,

Allow Archangel Michael to bring out his beautiful sword of energy,

Cut all the cords and remove them from your field.

You are fully supported.

The Animal Guide and anyone else that you want to bring in to help and support you can help you to do this as well.

Take the time now to do that with each energy and each person that you see in your field.

I'm going to give you a minute to do this and please pause should you need longer.

Now we're going to do a little bit of work from our childhood.

I'd love you now to look for your inner child.

See anyone who's connected to your inner child,

Anyone who wronged you when you were younger in any way.

Any adult,

Kids at school,

Siblings,

Anyone who connected to you as a child.

We're going to do the same thing.

We're going to do this with your adult self,

Standing beside your child self and holding the hand of your inner child and saying,

What you did to me was not okay.

You've been around for too long now.

You've overstayed your welcome and it's time for you to go.

The responsibility of what you did to me remains with you.

I'm giving it all back to you and you can go now.

Allow your inner child to hand back everything they've been carrying for this person and then tell this person it is time for you to go and have them leave your energy field.

Using the support of your guides Archangel Michael or your animal guide.

Looking around now deeper into your field and just look for any intergalactic being or conscious energies that are just not meant to be there even if they tell you they are.

You know deep down who is meant to be there and who is not and if you are seeing them now then they are not meant to be there.

We're going to do the same thing.

Our time together is done.

Any contracts that I have written with you for many lifetime are now null and void.

They are all cancelled,

I revoke all agreements,

My energy is mine and you no longer have access to it.

It is time for you to go and give them the time to leave.

It could be 30 seconds to just look around and check in your field and see if there's anything else in there that needs to go and just remember the words our time together is done,

Break all contracts,

My energy is mine and you no longer have access.

It is time for you to go.

I'm going to do some work now on your field now that you've cleared out all of these energy vampires and they feel what it feels like in your body and your field now.

Look at all the space and expansiveness.

You've just released an enormous amount of dense energy in your energy field and the universe loves,

Loves to bring energy into vacant spaces.

So now we're going to set your field so with Archangel Michael we're going to work to shift any other density that is in your field anywhere you can see or feel in that field.

Just dense energy,

Not a person,

Not a being,

Just energy that's dense and old.

Work with Archangel Michael now,

Bring in the tools that you need.

I'm not going to tell you how it should look,

Use your intuition and your connection with Archangel Michael and your own guides and shift that energy out of your field.

You may like to bring universal energy in,

You may like to utilize Archangel Michael,

You may like to do something else completely,

Bring your own flavor to it,

Unleash the magic within you.

And now that you've done all of this and you've cleared that beautiful field and it is now sparkly and shiny and new,

It's time for you to welcome forth and connect with your highest self.

Allow your highest self to come forth,

Allow yourself to see your highest self and as you see them they have a beautiful message for you.

I'm going to give you a moment now to receive this message.

Now that you've received your message from your highest self,

I'd like you now to align with them,

Fully align with them.

Allow yourself and them to create beautiful new energy in your field and they bring in some beautiful light energy in whichever way your highest self believes it can be done and needs to be done and you're going to raise the vibration of your field and bring more light into your field and as you do you feel it flowing into your body.

You also feel it flowing out into your reality and at this moment you still have Archangel Michael with you,

You still have your animal guide and together with your highest self and your other guides that are with you,

You create a beautiful barrier and boundary around the edge of your field and it is a protection layer saying that anyone who pokes their head into your field,

Who comes into your field at all,

Who is there as an energy vampire will immediately be noticed and asked to leave.

Set that up now so that you know if you're spending time with someone and you're sitting there and you're not feeling good,

You now have permission to get up and leave.

You do not have to stay in the presence of energy vampires,

You have full permission to not be there and to choose another way,

To choose new people who you feel good about being around them.

The relationship feels give and receive,

It feels more equal,

It feels more balanced and it feels more safe.

They're your people,

You have permission now to remove and leave the energy vampires behind and create a beautiful safe community.

Now that you've set this beautiful field up around you and your energy field is high vibration and shiny and powerful and magical,

You see the same stairs or track that you came down,

You notice them again and you start walking back up them again and as you walk up this time the beautiful animal guide leaves at the top of the stairs but before it leaves you it has a message for you as well,

So you can receive that message from the beautiful animal guide now.

And right at the top of the stairway or the path you will also see Archangel Michael,

Archangel Michael also has a message for you before you come back to the here and now,

I'll give you time to receive that message.

To the here and now,

I'll give you time to receive that message.

As you slowly bring your awareness back to the here and now,

Wiggle your toes,

Wiggle your fingers,

Become aware of your body,

Take a deep breath and when you're ready slowly open your eyes.

Know that the work that we did is complete,

It's perfect and so are you.
