Loved the simple breathing cues without counting. I thought I was calm before, but this brought on a few yawns! Thank you for your gentle guidance.

This is a lovely Yoga Nidra practice! Music, pacing, voice and content all very good. I couldn't hear all of it because my AC cycles on and off... but I got the gist.😉 I I've struggled with insomnia all my life, and I'm also trying to heal from PTSD and complex trauma and some possibly-related health issues. I wish I could figure out how to consistently get to bed when I feel like I should, which would be about 10:00. It always seems to end up being between 11:00 and 12:00, despite my best efforts... And sometimes (like last night) I just desperately want to read a book to the end... and sometimes I do. 😆 Also sometimes I can't really focus well on the yoga nidra because I have too much pain in my body. But I will keep trying. I feel like it's a good practice, and helpful. And I'm sure I will continue to use your track in future. Thank you!
