Take a seat.

Sitting tall,

Shoulders dropped,

Jaw relaxed,

Hands open.

Breathe.

Right now,

You are in pause.

A space so easy to ignore,

To look past,

To rush through.

We all do it because pause can be uncomfortable.

It can feel like a nuisance,

Asking us to sit with the feelings we often avoid.

Asking us to stop when there is so much to do.

But since you are already here,

We may as well try.

Allowing yourself to stop.

Be still.

Let go.

Reconnect.

And remember.

Remember that there is more to trust than yourself.

The weight you carry on your shoulders is not needed in this moment.

Take a breath.

Pausing reminds us of all the space,

All the support that surrounds us in every moment of every day.

Pausing reminds us that it is okay to trust,

Even when we are doing nothing.

At all.

Allowing ourselves to drop it all.

To reconnect with the bigger picture.

So that we may simplify,

Find clarity,

Feel support,

And hear the whispers of our own truth.

Inside this temporary moment of respite,

We remember everything.
