You We continue with more inner work.

It's a very auspicious time to come back to understanding that the very many forces that we are faced with,

That we are faced and challenged by,

Are not only useful to understand,

But also useful to come into alignment and harmonize our energies,

So that we are aligned to these inner forces and outer forces in a way that helps us to relax and not to step into the reactive patterns that so very often are part of our everyday experience.

Especially now that we are celebrating the New Moon.

This is a very auspicious time.

Every New Moon is auspicious,

This is why we celebrate it through transmission,

And this is why there are specific meditations that may allow you to be so very connected and aligned to the energy of the New Moon,

That instead of reacting or getting caught in the intensity of the situations that may present themselves,

There is a wisdom,

There is an understanding of the connection that we have within ourselves to those forces that sometimes are difficult,

But there is an understanding and that already makes everything much easier.

And just on a practical level,

It is a New Moon,

But beyond this New Moon,

There is an event which I would call the Super New Moon.

This means that the energies are even more intense,

Even more interesting to work with.

It's a time when various planets align in a very specific way,

And that specific way that creates a flow of energy.

Very often this energy can be good,

Meaning that we enjoy the energy,

We celebrate the energy,

Or could be challenging,

Which means that we resist or constrict ourselves in such ways where the New Moon energy then just brings up that to the surface even more,

And so the challenges become what we term in perceptive language as not so very nice or bad.

It's not really bad,

It's just that we're not allowing the energy to flow through.

So the New Moon is always the beginning of the new.

It's when we can plant the seeds of growth,

It's when we can plant the seeds of new beginnings that then are nurtured and nourished by our level of consciousness that then allows for the seeds to transform from just seeds that are dormant or have a potential but are dormant on some level to expression and celebration that then becomes part of our wonderful experience of life and our interaction and communication with life.

So this New Moon,

Like every other,

Is a new beginning.

But let me just highlight to you that whenever you start anything new,

Whenever there is a new beginning,

There is a very important aspect of clearing that needs to happen for the new beginning to really come up to the surface so that the new beginning is not just a conceptual thought or some physical thing that you do in the world,

But rather there is a momentum in the energy that moves from that seed that is now ready to explore the many dimensions of experience to a level where expression and communication can happen.

So very often we need to clear the old cycles,

The ones that we see that somehow don't take us anywhere.

If we see a habit that is restraining us from celebrating life in a more joyous or happy way,

Or if we see a situation that keeps repeating itself over and over again,

And we know that that's an old cycle,

We know that that is something that isn't really that important to explore anymore.

It's an old cycle.

It's important to remember that that old cycle needs to be cleared for a new one to begin.

And especially during the intensity of the super moon,

It's so very important that there is this understanding that the old gets in the way,

The old habits,

The old belief systems that limit joy,

That are based on negative patterns of thinking,

Limit the positivity of what is possible right now in this moment as you grow from that seed of your within that is your potential,

And grow and expand and observe that communication is a game.

It's a wonderful game that can be enjoyable.

And of course,

Like all games,

Sometimes we have to learn a few things,

We have to understand a few things,

And it's part of the fun anyway.

To make a few mistakes doesn't matter as long as the learning process is based upon a new cycle,

Rather than a repetition of the old cycle.

So it is very important during this play or this deep communication that is happening on an external level,

But also on an internal level,

That we observe our thoughts,

That we are mindful of our thoughts,

That we watch what is going on.

Because if we are able to see things,

Even if we feel that it's difficult to change those things that we see,

If we notice a negative thought and we find it difficult to change because it just keeps repeating itself,

Just by observing the thought,

Just by being mindful of the thought,

Already that is the clearing of the old cycle,

Because then you know what it is that energy needs to be focused on.

So it's not that you're lost in the negativity of that thought,

It's almost as if you observe the thought from a slightly more detached perspective,

Ah,

That's the old thought that I just recognize happening within me,

Ah,

That's an old pattern that I recognize I keep repeating.

But now you awaken,

Within this understanding,

You awaken the potential of something new.

So you see the potential that is beyond that negative,

And that potential is always positive,

Even if it seems to the mind or if it seems to the emotional body,

As if that newness requires a lot of work and a lot of effort,

And that it's,

We label it as difficult or perhaps we don't have enough energy or drive to help us to transform and clear the space.

You don't have to worry,

You don't have to think that you need to push yourself.

Part of being mindful,

Observing one's thoughts,

Is that you are relaxed enough to be free and to observe your thoughts and be mindful from this present moment,

Not from the next want or the next desire.

This especially relates to emotions,

Because during the next few weeks,

Due to this wonderful supermoon,

The emotional body will become more sensitive,

More intuitive,

But also the feelings that go through the emotional body will be much more intense.

Now,

As soon as your mind labels intensity as a difficulty,

As,

Oh,

I don't know if I have the capacity to go through more intensity,

Then we are labeling the intensity from a perspective that is old.

Intensity can be something new,

Can be the intensity of celebration,

Can be the intensity of just moving into deeper communication,

Moving into an expression of an emotional aspect of yourself that is positive.

So it's very important that the observer or the aware aspect that is connected to what is going on emotionally,

So as you observe your emotions,

Because there is always a part of you that's looking at emotions there in the background,

Observing what's going on.

Even if you lose yourself in the emotions,

There is always a part that is observing the emotions.

It's very important that this part,

That is the aware,

Observant aspect of yourself,

Doesn't get caught in the manipulation of the mind that labels things in a negative way.

So it doesn't get caught in the old habits,

In the old cycles.

As soon as you notice this,

It's very important to use the energy of the supermoon,

This new moon energy,

To clear that attachment to negative thinking.

So don't connect the mind that is caught in what is known in neurosciences,

The negative bias,

Problem-resolving aspect of thinking.

Don't get that caught in the emotional experience,

The intensity that will happen over the next few weeks.

Make sure that you come down and embody and ground yourself,

Embody yourself in the physical aspect of the body and the energy that's within the physical aspect of the body.

So feel and experience a connection to your breath and to the solar plexus.

Be aware that intuition doesn't happen in the mind,

Even though sometimes the experience might seem that way.

Intuition happens in the present moment,

And the present moment is embodied in your experience when you are here connected to your breath and connected to your solar plexus.

So it is very,

Very useful to come back to intuition,

Because now that you sort of begin to communicate to intuition because you're relaxed,

It's very important to relax the body.

If there is an intensity,

At any time in the next few weeks,

Just relax the body,

Make sure that any tension in the body,

Just now experience this relaxation,

Just relax all the tension,

Especially the muscles around the shoulders and around the abdomen.

Make sure that you're breathing in,

In such a way where you're focusing on the out-breath.

So the out-breath lets go,

Relaxes the body.

And if you don't notice a relaxation response,

Just breathe out even more.

So prolong the out-breath so that the out-breath is flowing in such a way where you're not holding on to the breath,

You're just letting it go.

Deep out-breath.

As you do this,

Just be aware of the solar plexus as you breathe out,

Be aware that the space around the solar plexus and the diaphragm not only relax but also expand into the space around you.

So you're not just physically connected to the body,

You're not just sensing the chemistry or physiology of the body,

You're also connected to the energy that is around the physical body.

This is the space of intuition.

It's almost like the subtle energy that goes beyond the physical,

Beyond the mental,

Beyond the emotional,

Just around the body there is an energy,

A lightness,

That you can begin to connect to when the solar plexus and the diaphragm relax in this way.

Because then your awareness extends to a much deeper level than just the physical body.

Be aware now as you breathe in and breathe out.

Be aware that you're breathing in and breathing out,

Not just the energy of your thoughts or the energy of your feelings,

Your emotions,

Or even the energy of the body breathing in and breathing out,

But you're also breathing in the energy of intuition.

It's like you're breathing in from around the space that is beyond just your physical body.

So it's almost as if you're magnetizing your body as you breathe in.

You're pulling the energy in not just through your nostrils,

The breath,

But also the energy into the solar plexus diaphragm area.

So you can imagine this.

As you breathe in,

It's almost as if the energy around your body,

Say half a meter around your body,

Comes deeper into this point,

Moves deeper into this point,

The solar plexus.

It's very focused.

This is energetic clearing.

So you breathe in this way,

You're clearing the space around you.

It's very important to clear the energy around you and the atmosphere that's around you.

As you breathe out,

Expand a little bit further.

So it's almost as if you're magnetizing the energy,

Clearing it,

And as you breathe out,

You relax,

And you expand a little bit further because you feel safe.

You feel connected to the new flow of energy that is happening around you.

It's not so much that you're connected to the negative bias of problem-solving mind thinking,

But you're connected to the energy that is around you,

The energy of the new moon.

You can even imagine this beautiful energy of the new moon.

It's very clear,

Very subtle,

But very clear,

Very powerful.

On some level,

It awakens the newness within.

It's a very good time to connect to your potential and to begin to dream of new projects,

Of new situations,

Of new beginnings.

As we begin to dream the reality within ourselves,

Then the manifestation happens more easily because we clear the energy so that our focus manifests this reality in a way where we're not challenged by the old,

We're not caught by the unclarity of the old.

We're very clear,

Subtle.

On a very subtle level,

We're very clear,

But we're still moving towards this wonderful new cycle.

So it's almost as if the momentum of our breath,

The momentum of the energy that we're bringing into our body expands into a space where potential is much more easy to touch in a very tangible way.

Our intuition awakens the possibility of seeing,

Ah,

This,

Whatever it may be for you,

Ah,

That,

Whatever it may be for you is awakened within the new cycle,

The new beginning.

And such new cycles have a tendency when we connect,

As you're doing now in this meditational way,

When we connect our attitude,

Our positive attitude and our aware attitude to the space,

Then there is a tendency for many seeds to be awakened,

Not just the seed within you.

You will notice that around you the intensity awakens others and awakens new situations around you that invite you to move away from the old and to explore the new.

Hence why it is so very important to observe one's thoughts.

Because our thinking is almost like the fine-tuning switch that can either tune out of this energy that is being created,

This new cycle that's being created,

And then it gets a bit blurry.

It's like listening to a radio that you can't really,

You know there are some words,

But you don't really understand what is being said because the reception isn't very good,

And you can't really tune in whereby by observing your thoughts you're clearing the negative bias reactive aspect of your mind and connecting to your breath,

Just as we did now in the meditation,

Connecting to your out-breath,

Letting go,

Letting go,

And as you breathe in,

Connecting to the solar plexus,

Connecting to the diaphragm,

And extending your perception,

Your awareness,

To a level of energy movement that is beyond the physical,

Beyond the mental,

Beyond the body pain,

Beyond the body experience.

There is an energy around.

It's just as tangible as when you walk out there this evening,

Maybe you want to practice this,

As you walk out and just greet the new moon.

It's so subtle.

It's not like the energy of the sun which is warm and powerful and very obvious.

The light of the sun is very powerful.

New moon is very subtle.

You need to really be clear to channel this energy within the new cycle.

Otherwise,

It's so easy to fall into the intensity of the next few weeks and be reactive and be caught by the many thoughts because we're not observing the thoughts.

They suck us into a vortex of energy that somehow limits our enjoyment of this new cycle because a new beginning is a time for celebration.

It's not a time to go back and reminisce or to look at things that were important in the past.

It's a time to start right now from this moment and celebrate the unknown aspect of intuition and to begin to explore this through the joy of celebration.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

Just spend a few moments relaxing the body,

Any tension in the face,

Any tension in the shoulders that might just be there from whatever experiences you have had today or in the last few days.

Just let that go so that we can be open to the energy of the new moon in a relaxed and beautiful way.

Then breathe in the energy of the new moon and focus the breath so that it really fills your body and really connects to the solar plexus,

Diaphragm area.

From here,

Explore the space around you.

Deep breath.

Explore the energy space around you.

Free of thoughts,

Just pure awareness.

Deep breath.

So wonderful just to give yourself these few moments to breathe in this relaxed way,

Be very focused,

Allowing the celebration of new beginnings to sink deeper,

Deeper into you,

Deeper than just your thoughts,

Into your imagination,

Into the space of energy around you,

Into the atmosphere.

Then sense the joy,

The celebration,

As you,

With clarity,

With focus,

Begin to potentialize your experience of these new few beautiful,

These next few weeks.

Deep breath.

Letting go.

Just sensing the energy.

Just sensing the beautiful energy.

And do remember that being in connection to the energy means that sometimes it's good to spend just a few moments in nature in a place where energy,

The natural flow of energy is powerful.

So if you live in an apartment or if you live in a place where you need to go to a park or to your garden,

It doesn't have to be in the wilderness of nature.

It can be anywhere where there are some beautiful plants.

Even out on your veranda,

Especially this evening,

Just be very clear with your intention that now in the next few weeks,

You will let go of the old,

The old cycles,

And trust and embrace the newness that is now expanding within the space,

Within the energy around many,

Many beautiful human beings just like yourself.
