You you you you just preparing for the transmission just making sure that all devices that you may have in the background are not disturbing you turned off or put on hold for a little while so that you are able to come back to this wonderful stillness that is part of spiritual practice just making sure that your body is aligned with the breath,

Aligned in such a way so that your breathing happens freely just making sure that your shoulders are relaxed and make sure that your chest is straight,

Open,

Receptive able to breathe in fully,

Not crunched or scrunched or in a posture that limits your breath in such a way that it's difficult to breathe fully so just making sure that your body posture is reflecting the stillness that you are now embracing as part of your practice if there is any tension in the body or any constrictions that you may notice in your body either now or as you allow yourself to move deeper and deeper into the space of stillness just coming back to a state of mindfulness where you become aware that this is what you are putting energy into and then you just make sure that the energy is no longer there to support such a system that constricts or limits your breath or your thinking or your feeling in such a way where you are focused on negativity rather than positivity so as you breathe in and breathe out,

Just making sure that you are able to be more and more connected,

Making sure that you are totally present,

Connected to not just the breath but to the wonderful state of awareness that becomes aware when you are focusing on your body,

Focusing on all aspects of your thoughts,

Your feelings but from an aware space rather than just from a repetitive or a reactive space there is a subtle difference,

So if the mind is agitated you may not even notice that the mind is agitated because you are so used to it or it's become so much part of the structure of your thinking or your feeling that you see this as just a reflection of reality rather than your perception of reality the stress or the constriction or the tension may be so much part of your awareness that awareness is not really aware,

Awareness is simply aware of the reactive that is going on inside of you,

The reactive thoughts or the reactive feelings that are happening inside of you so this is of course a type of awareness,

You may be aware that your muscles ache or your shoulders are not comfortable due to tension or you may be aware that your mind is very busy,

You may be aware that your emotions are a little bit reactive or constricted in such a way where you just don't feel comfortable,

The flow of emotions aren't really happening such is an interesting awareness but it's not the awareness that is beyond just being aware of circumstances,

Awareness that comes from a state of consciousness is an awareness that is able to reach out for the communication within awareness so it's not enough to just be aware that you are stressed but if you breathe in and move into a deeper state of awareness so even if you are aware of stress,

If you allow yourself to move into an awareness that touches upon the communication that's within stress so you are not running away from stress,

You are not saying oh gosh I don't like this part of myself or I don't like this feeling inside of myself or I don't like these thoughts or I don't like this pain in my body or I don't like this you are not judging or you are not creating a dualistic frame of conceptual thinking,

You are embracing the moment,

This means that you are embracing the pain not by simply saying okay whatever I'm in pain so that's how it is not from a state of mind that is self-defeating or victim-like but rather from an adventurous creative aspect of yourself the mind begins to comprehend that there are many levels to an experience so beyond just the surface awareness there is a depth of awareness that recognizes the communication that is happening within each and every aspect of your experience every thought,

Every feeling,

Every body sensation,

Every nervous system,

Movement or communication,

Every aspect of creation all and everything is in constant communication so when you come back into alignment with such communication then awareness goes far beyond the awareness that we normally recognize with our minds or with our feelings or even through the senses and the body one very important aspect of awareness is the ability to be still even if the movement of pain or the movement of suffering or the movement of stress creates agitation within thoughts or feelings the ability to find stillness means that you anchor yourself not within all that is constantly changing but within the permanent aspect that is consciousness so as you breathe in and breathe out it's not enough just to breathe,

Come back to the still breath within,

It's not enough just to be aware of your breath it's wonderful to be aware of your breath but it's not enough to come back to this state of consciousness that allows you to recognize stillness even within all and everything that goes on in your life there is a space of stillness this space of stillness is not out there in tomorrow or not out there in yesterday but right here and only by being present from a conscious state of awareness do you recognize or connect to this stillness so as you breathe in and breathe out it's not enough just to recognize that your body is breathing or that the breath is happening within your body and is an interesting experience to be aware of come back to the stillness so the breath that is so tranquil,

So still,

So without agitation that it communicates this communication within stillness communicates to even all the aspects of your mind or your feelings that contain within them the agitation of stress or anxiety or needs or desires or whatever that the mind is frequently occupied with,

Whatever that the emotions are frequently caught up within so once you recognize this stillness physically in the breath you can help this happen or you can help this experience become more obvious by breathing in into the abdomen relaxing the diaphragm,

Making sure the breath flows in a circular way so that you are breathing down deep not just into the chest but breathing down deep into the very core aspect of your body you can imagine within this core essence that is deep deep within you a stillness,

Space of tranquility,

A space of nothingness,

Space of emptiness from all that agitates and all that creates stress and anxiety and thinking and feeling and worry all those interesting things that are wonderful to experience but now in this moment just simply let them go by coming back to this space that is empty of such so the breath doesn't contain the agitation or the stress or the busyness of your thoughts,

The breath is free and anchored within consciousness and as you become aware this wonderful movement within you and you recognize that within this movement within the still breath there is a communication that flows and expands and becomes part of the very structure of your body so your body becomes still and relaxed simply because the breath is still,

There is no energy,

You are not putting any energy into the agitation or into the thoughts or feelings that normally preoccupy one's mind or one's emotional body you are pulling back a little bit,

Creating a sense of detachment,

Sense of it's interesting what's going on but my interests no longer is energized or fed or nurtured by the outer stress I'm nurtured by the wonderful inner stillness,

Calmness that now the breath recognizes as it becomes as still as this space it's a wonderful experience when stillness then communicates its structure or its essence or its attributes into the space around everywhere so even though there may be technological sounds around you,

Just people and noise and situations happening around you the fact that awareness now is aligned within this space of stillness means that everything becomes almost the same,

Carries almost the same attribute of stillness within,

Whatever the experience may be so if there is a sound,

It's still there and you become aware of the sound but the communication of stillness is more powerful because it nurtures and recognizes this aspect of yourself that is aware of this moment and it's almost like the expansion of stillness happens naturally as your awareness moves from the mundane back home here to this moment it's almost as if this moment expands into all that is going on and becomes full of the communication that goes far beyond your perception or your conceptual thinking sort of connection,

A deep deep profound connection,

Some of us may feel this in the heart,

Some of us may just intuitively recognize this stillness communicating within all and everything and so all and everything,

All life,

All aspects of life,

Even our thoughts,

Even stressful situations carry within them a quality that we can recognize within the stillness that is a communication that the heart or the intuition recognizes as a oneness,

As a connectedness,

That this idea that we are separate and we need to constantly battle within this separate identity or this separate constricted space of our thinking or feeling or whatever it is that we hold on to as reality is no longer as valid as this wonderful state of expansion where oneness is the communication so everything reaches out to the same potential that you are reaching out towards,

So as you reach out for freedom,

As you reach out for happiness,

Trust that the communication of all experiences are reaching out for the same and as you connect this thread,

As you connect this wonderful communication,

Then the language of love begins to make sense,

Not just to your heart but also in whatever you are doing,

In every step that you take there will be sense of loving kindness,

Sense of compassionate love that extends beyond your selfish needs because those selfish needs no longer exist and the selfish becomes selfless,

And the selfless is part of this stillness,

When there is no need to be happy,

When there is no need to be best or to do this or to do that then the real within you,

The selfless love that is everything begins to manifest in your life and so everything flows just like your breath,

There is no need to breathe in a certain way or to push or battle with your breath even though this is what we mostly do,

When we are stressed,

We are battling with the natural flow that is within us,

There is no need to do such as we relax the breath,

The natural flow of breath happens without effort,

And so being selfless doesn't require effort,

Doesn't require that you push yourself to be selfless,

Simply comes from this space of recognition where your language is in alignment with the language of love so everything you say,

Everything you do,

Every step that you take contains within it this essential quality of love and so there is nothing more,

There is no tension,

There is no frustration,

There is no conflict,

There is nothing more that disturbs you as you come back and recognize that all is perfect,

Breathing in and breathing out,

Letting go and as you continue this practice today,

Recognize in all things that you do,

Whatever you are doing,

This essential quality of stillness and connect and align to this awareness in whatever practice that you are privileged to be part of in this life and we continue with the Hu mantra and we continue with the Hu mantra and we continue with the Hu mantra and we continue with the Hu mantra and we continue with the Hu mantra and we continue with the Hu mantra and we continue with the Hu mantra and we continue with the Hu mantra
