You you you Today the meditation is a little bit different usually I find it very useful to speak in meditation So this is known as visualization guided meditation and it's very very useful because the mind is very tricky very very tricky and it's useful for the mind to understand that meditation is actually the experience that the mind needs to focus on and Very often through verbal communication,
Especially if there is more than just words There is an energy transmission This helps the mind to remain connected to consciousness rather than to drift off into everyday thinking which is the natural process that the mind is used to a more difficult part of Our meditation experience is stillness Stillness is actually the highest form of meditation for most When we're still we think we are still we're not really focused on any thoughts or any feelings But there is a whole dynamic of different constellations happening below the surface So we're actually thinking but we don't recognize our thoughts because they're perhaps deeper thoughts We're actually feeling but we don't recognize our feelings because they're perhaps deeper feelings So stillness is one of those Meditational practices that I would encourage everyone to enjoy Without further ado let us just be still Connect to the breath breathe in deep breath Relax the body and be still and enjoy this stillness now for a few moments There'll be stillness and In a few moments,
I will continue guiding you But for now just listen and be part of the stillness You You You You You You You You You you deep breath You You You You You You You deep breath and relaxing on the out breath You You You Deep breath Just reminding yourself that Today throughout your day no matter what you're doing,
Even if you're busy That it's very useful to come back to these moments of stillness As you come back to stillness you open up a new New door that allows you to Come back to that which is truly important to remember that which is truly important in stillness We find a lot of wisdom So just making sure that throughout your day there are moments where you just stand still for a few seconds and just Connect to the inner stillness.
