Just taking a moment to make sure you're relaxed and present to the energy transmission to the meditation This means just scanning your body and making sure that you're comfortable,
Making sure that your chest is open and receptive to the flow of breath bringing your attention down to the abdomen so that you bring the breath down into the body,
Ground yourself,
Connect to the healing energies of the earth This may take a few moments,
Sometimes it's important to let go of the tension or the worries or the thoughts or the many emotions that happen as an experience just letting that go on the out-breath As you breathe out,
Extending the out-breath and letting go,
It's almost like a sigh,
As you let go,
You breathe in,
Body posture upright,
Supportive,
Sternum open,
Chest open,
Face facing forwards breathing in deeply into the body and repeating this,
Bringing sort of sense of spaciousness as you breathe into your body,
As you breathe into the space,
As you breathe into presence Deep breath As you settle down on a physical level,
You're connecting to the earth,
You're connecting to the universe,
You're the channel of energy that helps a wonderful flow become an experience that's very aware So awareness becomes part of your experience,
Awareness becomes aware of itself in the experience,
As you connect your body in this way through imagination,
Through visualization,
Through intuition Then you can let go of the mundaneness of experience and invite imagination into the wonderful spaciousness that you bring about as you breathe into your body,
