You you you Just taking a few moments to settle down to come back to a deep connection to the stillness within The mind is busy with thoughts if the emotional body is caught up in different types of situations then just take a moment to breathe in down into your abdomen through your nose,
Breathing out through your nose gentle deep breath making sure your posture is upright making sure that your body breathes in with a flow of just deep relaxation so as you breathe in just relax the body,
As you breathe out let go relax and whenever you're ready as you breathe out and exhale completely holding the breath for a few moments,
A few seconds then breathing in through the nose deep into the abdomen out through the nose,
Relaxing exhaling then holding the breath for a few seconds and repeating this pattern breathing in through the nose deep breath deep breath as we settle down,
Breathing in this way will help us to connect to what is beyond just the mundane world,
To the stillness within as you sense this,
As you feel this deep inside,
Just make sure your intention is to be guided,
To be guided by the light within even if the mind is busy,
Let go,
Create a sense of presence to the light within create an intention to be guided by the light within,
To transform the mundane,
To come back to the sacredness of this moment deep breath sense,

Feel this wonderful luminous light deep within you in every cell of your body expanding and connecting to the beautiful luminous light within the cosmos and being guided back to a state of deep stillness and awareness as you breathe in and breathe out,

It's so very easy to get lost in just everyday mundane situations and thinking and everyday mundane type problems that the mind then gets so very attached to let go of this and come back to the potential,
The potential within you is the dream that you're dreaming in this moment and as you recognize that you are so very connected to the cosmos and so very supported by the cosmos the sense of gratitude expands into the many many dimensions that create reality imagination,
Visualization is one of those dimensions but you can go deeper and deeper through this creativity that you're now embracing take a moment to just be present to this intentional frequency through this beautiful state of celebration,
