The great quantum physicist Einstein said that your imagination is a preview of your life's up-and-coming attractions.

This meditation practice is all about the secret to turning your dreams into your reality by practicing creative visualization techniques.

Visualization is a process of your more evolved brain and the regular practice of this powerful technique will awaken your ability to enhance your creative problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and obstacles with more ease and flow.

They will assist you to activate your creative subconscious mind to generate new innovative ideas to achieve your goals.

Visualization techniques are very powerful in enhancing your motivation and increasing your self-confidence and priming your brain for success.

On top of that,

They will help you to develop your ability to focus and concentrate better so you can achieve your goals faster and with more ease.

Ultimately,

Visualization techniques will help you to activate and tap into your higher consciousness that will allow you to align with and to materialize whatever you want into your reality.

Having said that,

Please choose a comfortable meditation asana or sit in a chair.

Then kindly bring your attention to your chosen meditative asana.

Just make any adjustments so you are totally comfortable.

And then just guide your awareness down to the base of your meditation posture,

Feeling grounded and supported by the earth.

With your next inhalation,

Just lengthen the crown up into the heavens above.

Relax your shoulders back so your spinal column is aligned with its natural curves.

And then gently place your hands on your knees in your chosen mudra.

And then gently close your eyes and we'll do four easy,

Deep,

Diaphragmatic breaths.

Breathing in positive energy to every cell of your body.

And as you breathe out,

Just feel the peace and calmness flowing throughout your body as you're relaxing more and more with each easy breath.

And then as you're maintaining awareness of your breath,

Just shift your attention to your whole body,

Your whole physical body,

From the base of your meditation posture to the top of the head.

Feel awareness of your whole body,

Your whole body.

And then I invite you to visualize your body externally as if you're seeing your body reflected back in a full length mirror.

See yourself in your meditation posture from the front.

We'll move the mirror to the right side.

See your body from the right,

The back,

The left side,

And then the top.

And then you can see yourself externally as it's reflected back in a full length mirror from the top.

And then we'll shift that mirror around the body in a three dimensional way and see your body in all directions.

Nice.

And we'll just come back to the breath.

And as you're focusing on your breath once again,

As it flows in and out of the body,

Just shift your awareness to your right foot.

Become aware of your right foot,

Left foot,

Right leg,

Left leg,

The tailbone and the hips,

Pelvis,

Front of the body,

Back of the body,

Shoulders,

Right arm,

Left arm,

The head.

And awareness of your whole body,

Your whole body from the base of your meditation posture that is grounded into the earth to the top of the head that's extending up to the heavens above.

And we'll just make a little resolve that your body is like a statue,

Motionless.

And then I will not move my body,

I will sit still because my body is like a statue,

Stable and strong and motionless.

And now that we're in a grounded,

Calm,

Peaceful state,

We'll just shift our attention back to the breath and just follow the breath at the nostrils.

Give your mind freedom to think,

But just follow the breath as it flows in and out at the nostrils.

That's it.

Just follow the breath as it flows in and out at the nostrils.

Then with your next breath in,

Follow the breath in through the nostrils up to the space behind your closed eyes.

This is called the Chidakash,

The seat of your individual consciousness and your more evolved brain.

And then just keep on maintaining of the breath and that velvety space behind your closed eyes.

This is also your Agna Chakra,

Your control center.

So just for the next four breaths,

Just keep on maintaining awareness of your breath as it flows in through the nostrils and that powerful,

Grounded,

Creative space behind your closed eyes,

The Chidakash.

And then I'd like you to just start to contemplate on what you would like to achieve.

Start to develop a clear vision and a clear visual representation of what you want to achieve.

It will come eventually or it might come now,

But let's just start contemplating on what we want to achieve.

And then see if you can visualize what you want to achieve.

As you're focusing on the breath and the space behind your closed eyes,

Just for the next eight breaths,

Just get a visual representation of what you want to achieve and draw and materialize into your reality.

Perfect.

And then we'll just split it up into little chunks,

Just little manageable chunks.

What is the first thing that you can do that's manageable,

That you can start to materialize your dream into your reality?

Perhaps it's just writing down a plan.

This would be a great start.

So you choose the first step and just note it in your mind.

Perfect.

So now that we have the first step or the plan,

I'd just like you to see yourself taking action on your plan with enthusiasm and positivity and confidence that you have everything within you to achieve your goal.

That's it.

Taking action.

You know what you need to do.

Perfect.

And then next,

Just see everything playing out.

Everything's coming together better than you could have expected.

You've overcome any obstacles,

If they're obstacles.

See your goal now in the future coming together better than you expected with all the help you need and all the resources.

Just see that happening now,

Coming together in the future for another eight breaths.

Perfect.

Perfect.

And then just picture yourself in the future now as your goal is materialized.

See your goal coming together.

It's materialized.

And then notice how you're feeling the positive energy in your body.

Notice what you're seeing.

Hear what you hear and feel what you feel.

As your goal is materialized in the future better than you could have expected now.

Perfect.

Just contemplate for a few more moments as you realize that you have everything.

And we're just going to make everything happen by starting on the few steps to get the ball rolling and realize as you're visualizing everything coming together and feeling all those positive emotions that you have everything within you to achieve your goal.

You can do it.

So let's just continue for the next few moments visualizing our goal as if it's already coming to fruition.

Okay,

Well done.

You've been practicing creative visualization to envisage your goals and dreams materializing in the future.

Please come back to this meditation regularly to boost your motivation,

To visualize a clear vision for what you want to materialize and to reprogram your subconscious mind for success.

For now,

We just slowly come back to awareness of the breath and the physical body of the physical dimension.

Just becoming aware of your meditation posture,

The weight of your body on the floor,

Being aware once again of any external sensations within the body,

Sounds in your room,

And then just keeping the eyes closed,

Just remember the room that you're in,

Familiarize yourself with the room.

And then we'll start to slowly externalize.

Before we open the eyes,

We can guide our hands together to the heart center.

Just rub the hands together,

Create some positive energy.

And we'll give the face a little massage,

And the head.

Hands back to the heart chakra,

And we'll return with a clear mind,

A body full of energy,

A clear vision for our future,

And motivation and inspiration to take massive action on materializing our goals and dreams into our reality,

Because you deserve it.
