Welcome to your meditation practice that integrates powerful methodologies of the ancient yogis to analyze and then reprogram your subconscious mind for success and confidence.

The aim of this meditation practice is to deeply relax the body and mind into a deep peaceful state of consciousness where you develop the ability to tap into higher levels of wisdom,

Reasoning and logic of your higher self to develop a deeper understanding of how to overcome any obstacles and challenges so you can shift and clear them and then finally develop the ability to refocus your attention on empowering positive thoughts and outcomes focused on a brighter prosperous future.

The regular practice of this meditation will assist you to develop the ability to take action on materializing your goals and dreams more effectively,

Efficiently,

With more ease so you can materialize whatever it is that you want into your reality.

So let's start.

Please find a comfortable meditation asana or sit in a chair and then bring your full attention to your meditation posture as you adjust yourself so you're totally comfortable and you do not have to move any of your body during your meditation practice.

Just take a few moments to lengthen the crown up into the clear blue sky above.

Make sure your spine is erect.

Just relax your shoulders back to open up your heart and align your spinal column with its natural curves.

Gently place your hands on your knees or in your lap in the chin mudra with the palms facing up or the gyan mudra with the palms facing down thumb on top of the index finger.

Perfect.

Just gently close your eyes and just become aware of four natural breaths as you breathe in through the nose,

Guide energy into the body.

As you exhale back out through the nose just feel a sense of peace and calmness flowing throughout your body for four breaths now.

Next just switch your awareness to the physical body.

Concentrate on your body's posture.

Feel a base of the meditation posture and Mother Earth that is supporting your physical body and then become aware of the spine raising supporting the head and be aware of the balanced and symmetrical position of your arms and legs and the torso.

Awareness of your whole physical body that is very stable balanced seated in your meditation posture.

Then we just imagine that we're looking at a body reflected back in a full-length mirror.

Visualize your body externally and see your body reflected back from the front,

Right side,

The back,

The left side,

From the top and then just imagine it that mirror is just moving around the body in a three-dimensional way.

See your body in all directions as is reflected back in the mirror and then now back to the physical body and imagine that your body is growing from the ground upwards like a large tree.

Your torso is like the tree trunk and your arms and head are like the branches.

Your legs are like the roots of the tree growing into the ground creating a solid foundation.

Feel that you are growing roots deep down into the earth creating a solid foundation for you to sit on.

Imagine that your body is like a large tree,

Grounded,

Strong,

Totally stable and now we just transition to any physical sensations in the body.

Cold,

Heat,

Just notice all the physical sensations,

Touch of the air on the skin and just move from sensation to sensation.

If there is any uneasiness within the physical body just focus 100% of your attention now on that and nothing else.

Okay,

Great work.

Next,

Just direct your attention to your head and nothing else.

Then the neck,

Shoulders,

The right arm,

The left arm,

The whole back,

The chest,

Abdomen,

Right leg,

Left leg,

All of the back and the hips and then finally the whole body,

Your whole body.

Become aware of your whole body,

The whole body and make a resolve that I will not move my meditation posture.

I will not move my body throughout the whole practice because my body is stable,

Strong and grounded like a large tree.

Perfect and then we just shift our attention to the breath.

Watch the breath as it flows in and out in a rhythmic flow,

In and out through the nose.

No need to watch or modify the breath.

No need to change or modify the breath.

We just watch the breath as it flows in and out for the next four breaths.

Perfect.

The next stage is to start to tune in to our higher self,

Our wise,

Calm,

Grounded,

Empowered higher self that just watches and observes everything from a distance.

So to experience this,

Just tune your awareness to the physical component of your natural breathing process and notice the physical component of your human experience,

The diaphragm and the chest.

Notice how the respiratory system expands as air flows in and out of your body.

Just become aware of the physical component of your respiratory system and then become aware of your breath and notice that the breath is separate to the respiratory system.

Just tune into the breath for the next few moments.

Notice that your physical body is part of the physical dimension of your experience and just notice how the air comes in to the respiratory system and notice how the air is a different component to the physical body.

Perfect.

And then now become aware that there's a third component of the experience,

The experiencer that is noticing the breath,

Observing the physical body and observing the breath.

This separate entity is your highest self,

The experiencer of the breath.

So just keep on going for the next eight breaths,

Tuning into your highest self that is the witness of your breathing process,

The witness of any sounds,

The witness of any thinking processes.

As you're maintaining awareness of your breath,

Just become more and more aware of your wise,

Calm,

Grounded high self that is the observer,

The witness,

The seer,

The sakshi,

Your individual consciousness.

And then as you're maintaining of awareness of your breath,

Just start to witness your thoughts next and just let the thoughts arise.

Initially we're not trying to modify or change,

Just for the next four breaths,

Just witness.

Or just like you're watching a movie,

Just let the thoughts arise,

Continue to come back to the breath for the next four breaths.

Next we'll come into the analytical phase.

Now that we're in a wise,

Calm,

Grounded,

Internalized state,

We start to analyze the content of our mind from our highest self.

So just start to notice if any of your thoughts are perhaps repetitive,

Exaggerated,

Or unhelpful,

That are not supported by any logical thinking processes.

Just contemplate on any of your thoughts and then ask yourself,

Are your thoughts focused on solutions or logical thinking processes that are focused on positive outcomes or not so positive outcomes?

Are your positive thoughts optimistic,

Focused on positive outcomes or not so positive outcomes?

Next step is to go a little deeper and identify the causes.

This is derived from the Buddha's Four Noble Truths.

Just wisely analyze what is arising in your mind and see if you can develop insight into the origins of perhaps what is creating any uneasiness in the mind or these unhelpful thinking processes.

But we do this in a detached way by focusing on the breath.

Just start to see if you can identify the causes and once again notice are they exaggerated and ruminating.

Focus on the breath and see if you can identify any causes.

Okay,

Perfect.

I know it can be challenging sometimes but it is worth it.

Just continue to witness your mind from your wise,

Calm,

Highest self with curiosity and self-acceptance and just detach and observe.

Try not to get caught up.

Focusing on the breath will help you hear.

The reason why we do this,

It will help to release the emotional charge.

It can take time so just witness detached from your higher self and let anything arise that needs to arise.

Okay,

Great work.

The next phase of this meditation practice is to start to refocus the mind.

This is called Dharana,

Concentration.

We're concentrating the mind so we can concentrate on solutions and we start to create an internal picture of positive outcomes.

So just maintaining awareness of your breath and the witness your highest self.

We can start here by recalling positive events in our life where we were successful,

Happy.

This gives you the confidence that you have within you that you can achieve other goals and other positive outcomes because if you've done it before you can do it again.

Allow all these positive experiences to come into your awareness now.

Allow that to give you confidence that you can create more of what you want in the future and then with all those experiences and the knowledge that you have,

Let's start to guide our awareness into the future now.

With the positive mindset and confidence and feelings of emotions and excitement,

See yourself achieving your goal in the future better than you could have ever expected.

Go into the future now,

Redirect your mind and see yourself achieving your goals with excitement in the future now.

Perfect.

Start to feel positive emotions now and feelings of joy and accomplishment,

Contentment,

Satisfaction as you're picturing yourself in the future walking the path to achieving your goals with the powerful positive mindset.

Taking action with a wise,

Calm,

Peaceful,

Tranquil mind.

Living your life to the fullest and achieving your goals in the future now.

Okay,

Great work.

The next phase is to start to reprogram our subconscious mind even more now by practicing positive affirmations to support a goal.

You can choose your own and formulate your own but here's some examples.

I believe I am powerful enough to achieve any goal I desire.

I am deserving of everything I am calling into my reality.

I naturally attract what I desire in my life everywhere I go and I choose to believe that this is fun,

Easy.

I choose to believe that this is fun,

Easy and I have everything within me to achieve my goals with ease and confidence.

So please repeat some of these affirmations or formulate your own and we'll take a little bit of time now to repeat your positive affirmations.

Once again you can do this as you're focusing on your breath to tune into your highest self and repeat them with confidence and the knowing that you have everything within you to achieve your goals and materialize whatever it is you want into your reality.

Well done.

We've been practicing a four-phase meditation technique to guide the body into a relaxed deep peaceful state then to tune into higher consciousness and then to analyze the content of the mind and then to redirect the mind to a brighter prosperous future and the materialization of our goals and then we practice powerful affirmation techniques to reprogram the subconscious mind to boost our confidence and to take action on materializing our goals with more ease.

So just slowly start to shift your attention back to the physical dimension and your physical body becoming aware of your meditation posture aware of any sounds in your environment and just coming back to the breath and just taking a few moments just to contemplate on any insights that you experience during the meditation bring them into your reality and you can take them with you throughout your day and this practice can be utilized to redirect the mind during our daily lives as well.

It's a very powerful technique this is derived from the ancient wisdom texts and it's called Dharana.

It's concentration.

We're refocusing and redirecting mind to positive outcomes thinking processes and to the materialization of our goals dreams and aspirations.

So well done slowly start to externalize you might like to rub your hands together create some positive energy give your face a little massage and we'll return refreshed revitalized with a clear mind body full of energy and with the knowing that we have everything within us to materialize and actualize whatever it is that we want into our reality.

Take care see you soon
