New Morning, New Day, New World, New Me

This practice is an invitation to view the world as if through the poetic eyes of the late and wonderful American poet Mary Oliver. If we could practice opening our eyes as Mary did, the ordinary would appear as it truly is when looked at - a miracle in which we live, move, and have. The reflections are preceded by a settling down period to help bring the listener into the present moment.

Magnificent. I thought beginning my day with Mary Oliver would set me on the right path for the day. I’m sure it has!

You are always on point. And thank you for introducing me to the poems Mary Oliver. She seems to consider herself, like me, a child of God, Nature being her place of worship. Namaste to you.
