May He Support Us All Day Long

A prayer of John Henry (Cardinal) Newman seeking God's support and guidance through the whole of life until our work is done. The prayer refers to the fever of life and seeks in the end a holy rest and peace at the last. The prayer is preceded by settling down words and a period of one minute to allow you to come into the present moment.
