This is a short guided meditation for self care and positivity.

So settle down into a comfortable chair or simply lie on your back in a comfortable position.

There's no right or wrongs,

Whatever feels comfortable to you at this moment.

Take a nice deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

So I'm going to recite a positivity mantra and you just need to repeat the mantra silently.

And the hope is that you'll get to learn the mantra and you'll be able to use it at your leisure.

To foster a kind,

Compassionate attitude towards yourself and really build that self confidence and self worth.

So just settling back down,

Just starting to feel really nice and settled.

And repeat,

I am love,

I am peace,

I am confident.

May my life be filled with positivity.

May I extend kindness and compassion to myself and to others.

May I be as happy and as healthy as I can possibly be.

May I be calm,

Content and comfortable in my own being.

Nice deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Just starting to feel really nice and settled,

Settling into that breath.

And we'll repeat again together.

I am love,

I am peace,

I am confident.

May my life be filled with positivity.

Wonderful. Short, perfect length and just what I needed for a midday reset. The only thing I suggest for future meditations is ringing that bell much further away from the mic. Itโ€™s jarring both at the beginning and the end. Or use a gentler bell. Thank you
