This is a short guided meditation for self care and positivity.
So settle down into a comfortable chair or simply lie on your back in a comfortable position.
There's no right or wrongs,
Whatever feels comfortable to you at this moment.
Take a nice deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
So I'm going to recite a positivity mantra and you just need to repeat the mantra silently.
And the hope is that you'll get to learn the mantra and you'll be able to use it at your leisure.
To foster a kind,
Compassionate attitude towards yourself and really build that self confidence and self worth.
So just settling back down,
Just starting to feel really nice and settled.
And repeat,
I am love,
I am peace,
I am confident.
May my life be filled with positivity.
May I extend kindness and compassion to myself and to others.
May I be as happy and as healthy as I can possibly be.
May I be calm,
Content and comfortable in my own being.
