This is a short meditation where you'll learn a technique to ground yourself,
Refresh yourself and bring positivity to any moment.
So just start by taking a long slow deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Just start to feel settled and then on the next breath we're going to breathe in and say to ourselves positivity.
Okay we're also going to imagine that our bodies fill with a bright white light.
This is the white light of positivity.
So after three in through the nose one two three.
Just visualise that bright white light positivity and out through the mouth.
This white light can bathe you in any moment to bring positivity in any moment.
The really important point here though is that you have chosen to embrace positivity.
You can embrace positivity at any moment you want and you can choose how to react to any scenario.
So this is a really simple technique that you can take into your day.
Maybe at work you just need a minute.
Take a minute have a toilet break,
Maybe go to your car,
Maybe have a little walk and use the breath of white light to bring positivity into your day.
