Transcript

For this short,

Guided visualization,

You can either sit up in a chair or lie down flat.

If you lie down flat,

Make sure your head is cropped up on a pillow.

If you're sitting in a chair,

Make sure your feet are flat on the floor,

Your spine is straight.

Again,

Use a cushion behind your spine if it helps.

Let the tension flow from your body.

Make sure your jaw is relaxed as you wiggle your shoulders.

Give your legs a little shake and just relax.

And for this visualization,

All you have to do is notice the passage of time.

So,

Well done.

How easy was that?

I can tell you,

The time elapsed then was just 3 minutes 33 seconds.

How long did you think it was?

Was it shorter?

Did it go on for ages?

Or did time just pass without you noticing it?

And where did you go?

Were you still in your seat?

Did you jump space and time?

So open your eyes now,

Come right back into the room.

And as you go about your days,

Be mindful,

Timeful and kind.
