Just for a moment,
Sit or lie down and make yourself comfortable.
And take the weight off your feet and the weight off your mind.
Just for the next few moments,
Breathe in deeply through your nostrils and fully exhale with your mouth slightly open,
Allowing all that stale air to leave your body,
Only in breath for it to be replaced by fresh air.
Do this five times.
And just for a moment,
Consider this.
From the moment we are born until the moment we depart this mortal coil,
Our life is just a series of moments.
So each and every day,
From when we awaken until when we fall asleep,
Our waking hours are just a series of moments too.
And in each of these moments,
We can hold anger,
Worry,
Regret or remorse.
Or in each of these moments,
We can be creative,
We can inspire and we can be inspired.
In each of these moments,
We can love,
We can laugh and we can linger in the moment.
Take just a few moments to muse on this.
In each of the moments of today,
How can you best use each of those moments to achieve the best outcomes for you,
For your family and friends,
For your clients and the planet as a whole.
And from now until the ending bell,
Reflect on how the moments that have already passed by have brought you to these very moments.
And just enjoy some moments of me time.
And just use on how you can best spend and invest the moments that are still out in front of you.
