Involution & Evolution

From time to time, it's wise to let go of old ways so that new beginnings can emerge, rather like the phoenix rising from the ashes. This guided visualisation is an invitation to do just that. From involution, spirals evolution. This meditation itself is a practical example of that as its release opens the door for me to release a new series of memes combined with new ambient soundscapes. This is the last of some stuff that has been languishing on my hard drive.
