On this podcast, the topic of discussion begins with each meditation guide discussing the ways in which Insight Timer helped them to share their resources to a wide audience. Later, discussion touches on the woo-woo, and Nic and Sam share a sample from their 10 day Insight Timer course, Master True Self Esteem. Tom, Thank you for THIS! I discovered this bec of the new feature on insight timer that shows people listening to meditations… I clicked on what that person was listening to and listened to this interview because I have a couple of Aluna Moon meditations that have been my favorites from the very beginning of my journey with Insight timer, I’m so glad I did listen because the interview told me there is so much more I can know - I can search and listen to MORE of Aluna Moon. I actually thought that was the name of a person, not knowing it is actually two women, neither of whom is Aluna. (Smile)
