And inside the detail you miss yet see each day.

Just for today be influenced by the four elements,

Notice recurrences of four things,

Spot what is going on in the four corners,

Observe what is happening and what you are thinking at 444.

Just for today feel the love of the cosmos,

Sense its benevolence,

Fully accept your role as its self-aware aspect,

Be the pillar of creation.

And just for today sit outside space and time,

This is after all where most of your beingness resides.

Be that soul on adventure in the earth plane,
