Welcome to morning energy flow meditation.
I am Tomek from Synergy Lab,
Sydney.
The aim of this meditation is to tune into the flow of life and recognize the inner resistance that is a part of our egoic programming.
Begin by sitting comfortably with your back straight,
Allowing your breath to flow easily.
If you are on a chair,
Place your feet flat on the floor.
Feel grounded and supported in this position.
Your hands resting in your lap.
Before you close your eyes,
Recognize the space around you.
The sounds,
Smells,
Temperature.
For the next couple of minutes,
You become an integral part of the space around you.
And I'll be along your side to hold this space for you.
Allow your eyes to close.
Let us begin by taking a couple of deeper conscious breaths.
Breathe in through your nose as if you smell a flower and out through your mouth as if you blow a candle.
As you do it,
Place your right hand on your heart and left hand on your belly.
Ready?
In.
Hold.
And out.
In.
Hold.
And out.
In.
Hold.
And out.
In.
Hold.
And out.
Breathe normally and relax.
Your breath represents a natural flow of energy in and out of your body.
This flow begins the moment you are born and does not stop until the moment of your passing.
Breath can show you where you are in the flow with life.
Imagine breathing of a resting baby.
It can also show you when you are out of flow,
When you are stressed,
Worried,
Angry.
Your breath becomes then shallow,
Fast,
Erratic.
Now imagine that you direct this flow.
Letting it enter through the top of your head,
Pass along your spine and exit through the bottom of your feet.
This stream of life brings vitality to every cell of your body.
You can also use it to transport out any mental stress,
Worries,
Physical tension or discomfort.
There will be times when your intellect will take you away from the flow.
Do not be worried.
I'll be there to remind you so you can pull yourself back into the flow.
