Allow yourself to settle.
See if you can,
As an exploration,
Feel your body,
The whole body,
At a glance,
Like the whole body.
Like,
See if you can inhabit your feet,
Your legs,
Your face,
Your hands,
All at a glance.
It requires a softening.
In the same way that you expand your awareness to feel the whole room at a glance,
And you can actually do that,
Allow the whole body to be felt.
You will notice that awareness tends to go to one place and another.
It's like little light bulbs light up in different areas.
Allow for all of them to arise.
Not only the physical sensations,
But if you could feel your mood,
Your emotional,
Energetic sensations.
Know that they are connected,
Physical,
Energetic,
Or emotional.
Notice how there's this flow of awareness as well as flow of sensations.
See if you can notice the difference between the central channel from the belly up to the crown of the head,
The belly,
The heart,
The chest,
The throat,
And the rest of the body.
The core is very much felt.
And as you get in touch with the core,
Which center of awareness is more active?
Is it the heart,
Is it the belly,
Is it the throat?
Is it the thymus gland in between the heart and the throat?
Or the root chakra?
There is pleasure in experiencing yourself as you are.
Use this satisfaction in allowing sensations to fully arise in your awareness.
There is a bliss in being aware even of uncomfortable sensations.
As you allow sensations to arise,
Can you feel this sense of release,
Decompression,
A softening?
Some sensations intensify,
Others disappear.
Can you involve not only the body but everything around you as one cohesive whole?
Your awareness can expand to include everything in your field of experience.
In your awareness containing it all,
Experiencing it all.
Intimacy with reality.
Follow the bliss.
What sensation is more attractive to you to feel?
It's more blissful,
More fulfilling.
Follow the trail of bliss.
Live with the inner eye of sensation,
The felt sense.
Get into it.
As you narrow your focus into the sensation,
Try to soften and allow what is there to fully move,
To fully release,
In order that there is any form of resistance.
Have the intention to be open like space.
Become at all.
Follow the trail of pleasure in feeling.
Where does it take you?
What are you experiencing?
Can you be with it?
Can you allow?
Let the Spirit follow the automotive spectrum.
