Hello and welcome.
My name is Tina Stinson and I want to thank you for joining me for this morning energizing meditation.
Let's begin by finding a comfortable seated position and know right now you have nowhere else you need to be except here for this time with yourself.
Close your eyes and let's take a few slow deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth slowing down the breath.
Allowing your body to relax and release any tension or stress you may be holding on to.
As we settle into our breath let's bring to mind the intention to feel energized and motivated for your day ahead.
Visualize yourself accomplishing everything with ease and a feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction.
Now let's take some deep energizing breaths.
Inhale deeply through your nose filling your belly with air.
Hold at the top and now exhale slowly through your mouth letting go of any negative thoughts or doubts.
Breathing in again energy vitality and exhaling anything you need to let go of today.
Breathing in again imagining with each breath you gain more and more energy filling every cell in your body and as you exhale let go of anything that might not be serving you today.
Any thoughts situations or people let go of it all.
As you continue to breathe deeply begin to focus on your thoughts.
Notice any negative thoughts that may be present.
Acknowledge them without any judgment.
Now let's replace those negative thoughts with a few positive affirmations.
Repeat after me.
I am capable and confident and energized.
Today will be an amazing day.
My mind is alert and my eyes are awake.
I am ready to start my day with joy and inspiration.
I flow with life and life flows with me.
Finally take a moment to set your intentions for the day ahead.
Visualize yourself as the best version of you radiating positive energy and making a positive impact on everyone you interact with.
See yourself accomplishing everything in your day and feeling fulfilled and happy with each task you complete.
Let's take one more deep breath into the nose filling the belly hold at the top and now exhaling slowly through your mouth with a sigh.
Let's return to our day feeling energized and motivated to make the most of every single moment.
