Hello and welcome.

My name is Tina Stinson and I want to thank you for joining me in this meditation.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable seated position.

Rest your hands gently on your knees in your lap.

Close your eyes softly and take a deep breath in through your nose.

Feel your belly expand with air.

Hold at the top for a moment.

And then exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing any tension you may be holding onto.

Once more.

Breathe in.

Fill that belly.

Hold at the top.

And exhale through the mouth and relax even deeper.

As you begin to breathe normal again,

I want you to allow each breath to anchor you into this present moment.

I want you to imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet,

Reaching down into the earth below you.

Feel these roots connecting you to the earth's energy,

Grounding you and providing stability and the support that you need.

As you inhale,

Visualize drawing up strength and vitality from the earth,

Filling your body with a sense of resilience and power.

Feel this energy flowing through you,

Strengthening you and steadying your mind.

As you exhale,

Release any doubt or fears that may be weighing you down,

Allowing them to dissolve into the earth below.

Let go of anything that no longer serves you,

Making space for positivity and confidence to take its place.

Now bring your attention to your physical body.

Notice the sensation of the ground beneath you,

Supporting you with unwavering stability.

Feel the strength of your mind and body,

Knowing that you are capable of facing whatever challenges come your way.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Envision yourself surrounded by this earth.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Envision yourself surrounded by this golden light radiating from the core of your being.

This light represents your inner strength and resilience.

It shines brightly in the face of all adversity.

Take a moment to bask in this light,

Embracing the power and courage that resides within you.

Know that you are strong,

You are capable,

And you are worthy of all the good that life has to offer.

When you feel ready,

Gently bring your awareness back into this present moment.

Take one final deep breath in,

Filling your lungs with the energy of your being.

With fresh energy and vitality,

As you exhale,

Say to yourself,

I am strong.

Open your eyes slowly and take a moment to appreciate the strength and grounding you have cultivated within yourself,

Within your body.

Carry this feeling with you throughout your day,

Knowing that you can always return to this sense of inner peace and stability whenever you need it.

May you move forward with confidence and grace,

Grounded in the knowledge of your own strength.
