Hello and welcome.
Thank you for joining me in this meditation for embodying your true self and loving yourself exactly as you are.
Let's find a comfortable position that you can sit upright in a chair with your feet flat on the ground,
Cross-legged on the floor,
Or you can lie down.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth.
Let yourself arrive here in this moment.
Take another deep breath in and out.
Feel the surface beneath you,
The ground,
The chair,
The bed,
Fully supporting your body.
Imagine roots growing down from your feet or your body,
Anchoring you deep into the earth.
These roots ground you,
They support you,
Connecting you to a steady,
Nurturing energy of the planet.
Feel the weight of your body.
Notice how the earth holds you effortlessly.
Breathe in deeply and with each exhale,
Let go of anything weighing on your heart or mind.
That's right,
There is nowhere else you need to be,
Nothing else you need to do.
All that matters is this moment.
As you continue to breathe,
Feel yourself sinking deeper into the present.
Notice the rise and fall of your breath and the stillness within you.
Now bring your attention to your heart.
Imagine a soft,
Warm light glowing in the center of your chest,
A light that holds the essence of who you truly are,
Your soul.
This is your inner self,
The version of you that is untouched by outside expectations or judgment.
With each breath,
Feel this light expanding,
Radiating outward through your entire body into your arms,
Legs,
Fingers,
And toes.
Let this light gently fill every corner of your being.
It feels warm,
It feels safe,
And familiar.
This is you,
Your true self,
Not the version of you shaped by what others think or the roles that you play,
But the one that has always been with you.
Breathe into this light and feel it grow stronger.
Say silently to yourself,
I am exactly who I am meant to be.
I embody my true self with love and ease.
Let these words settle into every cell of your body.
Take a moment to notice how it feels to be in your own energy,
Whole,
Perfect,
And enough just as you are.
Now place your hand gently over your heart and say to yourself,
Make the decision.
Repeat after me,
I love and accept myself exactly as I am.
I release the need to change or fix myself.
I am perfect in this moment and I am worthy of love.
Let those words sink deep into your heart.
Breathe into them.
Notice any thoughts or emotions that arise without judgment.
Simply observe them and allow them to float by like clouds in the sky.
Know that you don't need to fix or change anything about yourself in this moment.
You're perfect.
Now imagine a wave of peace gently washing over you,
Cleansing away any lingering self-doubt.
As this wave moves through you,
Feel a deep sense of acceptance settling into every part of your being.
Silently affirm to yourself,
I am whole just as I am.
I trust and love the person I am becoming.
I am enough.
I have always been enough and I will always be enough.
Let these affirmations wrap around you like a soft,
Comforting blanket.
Breathe deeply into this feeling of wholeness.
Breathing in through your nose.
And relax into this feeling.
Take a few more slow,
Intentional breaths,
Feeling grounded,
Feeling present,
And feeling fully yourself.
When you're ready,
Gently wiggle your fingers,
Your toes,
Bringing awareness back to your body.
Slowly open your eyes,
Taking in the room around you with softness and gratitude.
Carry this sense of peace,
Self-love,
And acceptance with you as you move through your day.
Remember,
You are already perfect exactly as you are.
With one final deep breath,
Repeat after me,
I am enough.
I am home with myself.
