Hello and welcome.

My name is Tina and I want to thank you for joining me for these affirmations to help you end your day with gratitude.

I will say the affirmation and you can either repeat it out loud or to yourself or just listen.

Let's begin.

My day is complete and I allow it to be over.

I release all tension from my body and mind.

I let go completely.

I am grateful for my breath,

My body,

And this quiet moment.

I choose to remember the good from today.

I did the best I could with what I had today and that is always enough.

I release any worries that I have about tomorrow.

My heart is filled with peace.

My mind is becoming still.

I am safe in this moment.

All is well.

I am letting go of all stories,

Roles,

And to-do lists.

I am simply myself at peace.

I welcome a feeling of deep contentment to fill every cell in my body.

My home is my sanctuary.

I am grateful for the comfort of my bed and the roof over my head.

I release the need to control and I surrender to the ease of this evening.

My nervous system is now calming down.

My body is entering rest and repair mode.

I am proud of myself for making it through today and I honor my own strength.

Any challenges I face today are now lessons learned.

I release them with gratitude.

I am creating the perfect conditions for a deep,

Restorative night's sleep.

My mind is quieting and my thoughts are softening like clouds at sunset.

I am exactly where I need to be and I am doing exactly what I need to do.

Resting.

I am filled with a sense of gentle happiness.

I let gratitude be my final thought of the day.
