Hello and welcome.
My name is Tina Stinson and I wanna thank you for joining me today.
This is your time to pause,
To check in,
And to listen to the quiet voice that's always there for you.
The one that knows what you truly need.
Let's find a comfortable seat,
Sitting or lying down.
Let your hands rest wherever they landed.
And let your eyes close gently.
Let's begin with some deep breaths to settle into this space.
Inhaling slowly through your nose,
Filling your belly,
Your chest,
Your lungs.
Hold at the top for a second.
And then exhale through your mouth.
Letting go of your day so far.
Allowing yourself this time.
Inhaling again,
Slow and steady.
And then exhale longer now.
Releasing all tension in the body.
Inhaling through your nose deeply,
Breathing in space,
Breathing in peace.
And exhaling through the mouth completely,
Just letting it all go.
Now let your breath return to its natural rhythm.
Just notice it rising and falling.
Easy and gentle.
Feel your body being held by the surface beneath you.
You are safe,
You are grounded.
Now bring your awareness to your body.
Scan down from the top of your head.
Your forehead,
Your eyes,
Your jaw,
Releasing.
Your neck,
Your shoulders,
Letting them drop away,
Away from your ears.
Your arms,
Your hands.
Your chest,
Your belly.
Feel your breath moving into these spaces.
Your hips,
Your legs,
Your feet.
Feel them ground into the surface that they are sitting on.
Really feel the weight of your body sinking into the space beneath you.
Now let's check in with your energy.
Imagine a soft,
Warm light at the center of your chest,
Your heart center.
This is your center of knowing.
Let that light glow gently,
Warm and steady.
Kind of like the sun behind a cloud.
This is your inner knowing,
Your intuition.
It is always there,
Always speaking.
Quiet.
And soft.
Take another breath in through your nose.
And on the exhale,
Let that light expand just a little.
Now let's ask one gentle question.
Not fixing anything,
Just to notice.
What is draining your energy right now that you have the power to change?
Let that question kind of settle in.
The most important part is that you have the power to change it.
Not something that's out of your control.
Not something that's someone else's responsibility.
What is within your power?
What's in your hands?
Maybe it's a commitment you said yes to when you wanted to say no.
Maybe it's a thought you kept replaying.
Maybe it's a person,
A task,
An expectation.
Whatever arises,
Just let it come up.
No judgment,
No fixing,
Just notice.
Let it sit with you for a moment.
Now gently place that awareness in your heart.
In that warm light.
You don't have to do anything with it right now,
Just hold it with compassion.
Now let's ask another gentle question.
If I made one small shift this week to feel more aligned with myself,
What would that be?
Not a big change,
Not a dramatic overhaul,
One small shift.
Maybe it's saying no to something that doesn't serve you.
Maybe it's saying yes to something that lights you up.
Maybe it's taking 5 minutes each morning to sit in silence.
Or speaking your truth in a conversation you've been avoiding.
It could be very simple,
Just give yourself permission to rest.
Let the answer come slowly,
Quietly.
It's just a nudge,
A whisper.
Hold that shift in your heart alongside the first awareness.
They belong together.
The energy that's draining you and the small shift that brings you back to yourself.
Now let's just sit with all of this,
No pressure,
No doing,
Just being.
Let any thoughts come and go like clouds.
No need to hold on to them.
No need to figure anything out.
You've already done the important work.
You've checked in.
You've noticed.
You've listened.
That's enough.
Let the answers settle in your body like seeds being planted.
You could water them later.
Or you could just let them rest.
Either one is right.
Now gently,
Slowly,
Begin to bring your awareness back.
Feel the space around you and take one final breath with me.
Inhaling deeply through the nose,
Filling the belly,
Filling the chest.
And then exhale completely through the mouth.
I want to leave you with this gentle encouragement.
You don't have to change everything today.
You don't have to have all the answers right now.
But you've done something really powerful.
You've paused,
You've listened,
And you honored your inner knowing.
And that's how alignment begins.
Not with dramatic shifts,
But with gentle awareness,
One small step at a time.
Trust that you know what you need.
Trust that the answers will come to you.
And trust that you are already on your way.
When you're ready.
You can gently open your eyes.
And carry this awareness with you into the rest of your day.
You are aligned,
You are whole,
As you are.
Namaste.
