Tina Lashambe is an experienced Cross-Disciplinary Yoga Teacher, teaching since 2016 and practicing since 2006. Her classes focus on finding self-compassion, and finding variations of the poses to suit each person's body. Her active classes tend to be playful (with a little bit of humor sprinkled in), while her gentler classes are more mindful and meditative. Tina is also a Yoga for Grief Teacher, Grief Support Professional, and Yoga Teacher Mentor.
