In this very short breathing session you will experience a deep meditative state also if you have never meditated before. Through breathing we can get there. No whoo whoo, super simple and highly effective and efficient. Try it out and let me know what you thought of it and how it worked for you.

The session is called from a hundred to one.

Our first breath is a hundred percent in and a hundred percent out.

Then we go to 90,

70,

60,

50,

All the way to 1% where we're going to stay for one minute.

So we're going to start nose in mouth out and around 50% we're going to switch to nose in nose out.

A hundred percent in and a hundred percent out.

Switch to nose out please.

40 30 20 10 5 3 2 1 Breathe as little,

As light as you can as if you're almost not breathing.

And that's it for this session.

Breathe normally and come back anytime to do some more breathing.
