Welcome.

Today we are going to take some time to relax and begin to dream about how we would like our lives to be.

To dream about changes we would like to see take place in our lives.

Let's begin by taking a deep breath,

A deep slow breath in through the nose,

Hold for a moment and then slowly release the breath.

Wonderful.

Again,

A deep breath in through the nose,

Breathe down into the stomach and then slowly release the breath.

Very good.

Allow your body to relax.

Feel the tension leaving your body as you release those breaths.

Feel your body resume its own breathing pace while keeping the breath slow and deep.

I want you to think about the last time you allowed yourself to dream,

To really dream without stopping yourself.

When was the last time you dreamed without telling yourself that it couldn't happen or wasn't realistic?

Maybe it's been a while.

That's what we want to give ourselves time and space to do today.

We want to give ourselves permission to dream without putting limits on it.

To dream the way we do when we're children who do not yet know the difference between reality and fantasy.

Who don't yet know that sometimes dreams don't come true.

So I would like you now to let your wonderful creative imagination take the lead and allow yourself to imagine just how wonderful your life could be.

Just how wonderful you want it to be.

And remember,

There are no limits and no rules and no restraints.

In our dreams,

Anything is possible.

What is the life of your dreams?

Maybe you would change where you live or the car you drive.

Maybe you would change the way you look.

Maybe you would change the job you have or your level of health.

Maybe you would change the way you think or the way you feel or what you believe.

Or maybe you would change all of it.

And whatever you focus on to change in your life is perfectly fine.

And whatever you create in your dreams is perfect.

Take a moment to notice how you feel as you dream.

Dreaming helps us feel hopeful,

Joyful,

As if anything is possible.

Dreaming can help us make positive changes and manifest what we want into our lives.

So give yourself permission to dream more often.

And you may continue to dream today for as long as you like.

And when you are ready,

Simply open your eyes.
