Thinking,

And the other,
Trying to put together 10,
000 pieces that aren't really pieces at all,
Running around
In a dream,
Going nowhere.
So let's just take a break,
Recognize life's permission for you to just be here.
Outside of the thinking mind,
There's no demand,
No expectation,
No should this and should
That,
There's simply an empty space that invites you to rest.
Let's take three deep breaths and just allow ourselves to fully come home.
