Music Time forgotten is no time at all.

Without attention on this,

We relax into the infinite.

We exist without ticking walls.

Limited by the one who is anxiously trapped here.

An imagined person in the mind who has a future to fear.

Not without value and yet totally without reality.

A tool for communication,

Allowing us to play together in harmony.

Created by the mind,

A sword with two sharp edges.

Use time for its intended purpose and you will dance with grace and elegance.

If you use it for the completion of tomorrow,

Forever will be a sense of loss,

Imprisoned by the illusion of sorrow.

Time is only through your creation of this.

So easy to let go of when you see deeply that already everything exists in the present.

Music In this meditation,

We simply allow ourselves to relax into this nothing.

A silent rest that very simply isn't looking for anything.

Meditation simply is the art of being.

What could be simpler than this?

Than resting as everything.

The opportunity here in this moment is to recognize that everything simply rises and then it falls.

Leaving only what is real.

Only what is here.

Only what has always been.

Whatever sound might come and go is no different from the thoughts that come and go.

And so we release all of these things.

Letting them be what they are without any need to hold on.

And naturally when there is not this grasping,

This trying to hold,

We recognize the beauty in all of these forms.

There is a gratitude that simply says thank you that I am here able to experience this.

We see clearly that in this moment nothing is needed.

Nothing separated.

The completeness of what I am here fully alive.

In this space there is no trying.

There is no wanting.

There is simply an allowing.

And naturally if there is any sort of frustration or difficulty that arises it is simply a signal that says we want something.

This too we can watch fall away.

Watch how everything melts away from the mind.

Only leaving the life that has always been here.

Something familiar.

Something that has been with you for as long as you can remember.

This presence.

This awakeness.

The truth of what you are.

In the simplicity of this there is something that recognizes an inherent connection with all that is.

And of course not all that is thought,

Not all that is images or projections,

But all that is already here.

There is no separation between the awareness of what you are and the sound of the birds song.

There is no separation between the awareness of what you are and the touch of the sun.

There is no separation between the awareness of what you are and the wind that kisses your cheek.

It is simply you,

Dancing.

And for all of this to unfold,

For all of this to be experienced,

It requires of you nothing.

For this too is already done.

Without thinking about it we can watch the breath move in and out.

Again demanding nothing of you for the sake of you being here.

A complete allowing.

All that is within you,

Every cell,

Every organ,

Every heartbeat,

Working in unison with all of life to allow for healing.

It's already done.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.

In this perfection of this moment we can recognize that there is nothing to argue with.

We can recognize that everything that is is serving everything that is.

It is the one healing.

It is the one being.

It is the one that is here to fully experience what it is.

In this moment,

This stillness is the truth of what you are.

In this space there is only a love that completely allows everything to be.

The beauty of which is there is nowhere to go to get to it.

There is no five minutes from now,

There is no tomorrow,

Next week or next year.

All that is hoped for,

All that is searched for,

Already here.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.

It is from this space of resting in what you are that the entirety of what you are begins to move,

Begins to heal,

Begins to bloom.

No more are there 10,

000 pieces of you scattered in the past and thrown into the future.

The beauty of this is the beauty of all things.

All that is real is this beauty.

All that is real is never not here.

This is what you are.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.

From the place of silence we see that all things emerge.

From this place of stillness we see that all things move.

From this place of wakefulness we see that all things dance,

Including you.

We can see that the landscape of this moment is a stage,

A playground that allows for your heart to sing,

Allows for you to be the realness of you.

Total permission for you to be the sincere.

Total permission for you to be whatever is moving.

In the recognition of this we cannot help but simply say thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.

Thank you that life is so that I might be.

Thank you that I am so that life might breathe.

Never separate from this.

All of it,

One and the same.

A beautiful,

Beautiful,

Beautiful opportunity for us to always remain.

Never are we distant from this.

Never is this not here.

Never are we really lost and never is there really something to fear.

So may we embrace.

May we open.

May we release.

With each breath of our life let it be a prayer that says thank you.

With each breath that moves through us let it be the permission that allows you to be you.

As we begin to reemerge slowly,

Slowly,

Slowly we invite our humanness to reenter with a grace,

With a love,

With a compassion.

Finding all that is afraid to be surrendered.

We give ourselves back to ourselves.

We recognize the symphony and we open ourselves to play.

May we be inspired with a deeper love.

May we be inspired to breathe deeply.

And may we be inspired to simply be alive.

And so as we open our eyes three times we say thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.

What a miracle we are swimming in.

Thanks Tiger, great message as Always. It’s probably my noise sensitivity to high-pitched noises (Hyperacusis), But there were sections where the noise of the bird was very distracting for me. Overpowering.. namaste πŸ™
