In this powerful meditation, we’ll journey inward—into the heart and soul—to access a space of pure awareness and infinite possibility. Here, every version of our Self already exists, and we can begin shaping the reality we wish to experience. Through breathwork and visualization, we’ll activate the Reticular Activating System (RAS), training the mind to notice what aligns with our desires. By embodying the felt sense of confidence and joy, we attune to our most authentic, empowered self. This is a meditation you will want to come back to time after time. I recently read a quote by Nancy Levine that said when you can sit in the space between no longer and not yet,

You begin to grow differently.

It made me think of all the infinite possibilities,

That space we call the in-between.

That space of pure consciousness and infinite possibilities,

That space where all versions of our self already exist.

And in that space,

We get to choose.

We get to choose which version we want to be today.

This my friend,

Is where life becomes truly magical.

This is where we align with the version of our self that already has whatever it is we truly desire.

So let's begin.

Place a hand on your heart and one on your stomach.

Take a deep breath in and just begin to let your body settle.

Take another deep breath in,

Breathing into the belly,

The chest,

And the head.

And slowly exhale,

Releasing any tension you're holding in your body.

We'll do that again,

Taking a deep breath in from the bottoms of your feet all the way up the length of your spine to the crown of your head.

And exhale all the way back down.

Begin to release the tension from your shoulders.

Allow your arms to feel heavy.

Relax your jaw.

Allow your body to sink into the surface below you,

Finding a space of pure relaxation,

A deep sense of calm.

And now,

Bring your awareness to your heart.

Breathing into the heart space,

Let it expand gently.

And then release,

Exhaling it all out.

Continue with this long,

Even breath in and out through the center of your heart.

Begin to visualize a beautiful white light extending from your heart,

Spreading out across your chest,

Almost as if it makes your skin sparkle.

This light,

This sparkling light,

Spreads down your arms and through your chest,

Reaches your smile,

Makes your eyes sparkle.

Your skin has an amazing glow.

The white light shines out of the crown of your head.

And now,

Begin to feel this white light extending from the heart down through your abdomen,

Releasing any tension from your hips,

And extending the light deep into the earth.

This light spreads until your whole being sparkles with its brilliance.

Allow this amazing white light energy to fill you completely.

And then extending out all around you,

Extends to the front and to the back,

From side to side,

Expanding endlessly to fill the space you're in.

Allow this light to continue to expand until you begin to almost feel weightless,

Free,

A state of pure consciousness.

You have entered a state of endless possibilities.

A state where all your dreams are already a reality.

From this place,

Imagine standing before a beautiful,

Ornate door.

As you open the door,

You walk into a large room,

Like a beautiful dressing room.

There is a mirror in the corner,

And a chair for you to rest.

This room is filled with all the possible yous that have ever,

Or will ever,

Exist.

Each one hangs on a revolving rack like dresses on hangers.

To look through each one,

Carefully select the most authentic,

Highest version of yourself.

Imagine trying this version on.

Feel its energy,

How it feels.

Taking a deep breath in.

Let the energy of this most authentic self fill you completely.

Feel the joy and excitement as you begin to walk over to the mirror and see your reflection.

See yourself moving as this version of you,

Comfortable in your own skin,

Carrying yourself with confidence.

Notice how your face lifts in a smile when you see your reflection.

Your eyes sparkle with joy.

There's a glow of calm contentment.

Feel how natural this version of you feels.

Imagine your day ahead responding from this energy.

This feeling of confidence,

This feeling of being comfortable in your own skin,

Radiant and glowing.

Breathe it in and let it fill you completely.

You'll set an intention to stay in this energy as long as you can.

Allow yourself to soak it in completely.

Bring your awareness back to your heart.

The light shining there from the center of your heart.

Perhaps placing both hands on your heart.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Become aware of your present space.

The more that you repeat this process,

The longer you will be able to stay in the energy of your most authentic and highest self.
