Imagine lighting up a room when you enter it,
Seeing a photo of yourself and loving it,
Looking in the mirror and noticing a glow maybe you haven't seen for a while.
Your skin is radiant,
Your eyes have their spark back and your smile is filled with a genuine confidence and joy.
This is all energy.
And it starts now.
In this meditation,
We will calm your anxiety,
Clear out any negative energy and raise your vibration to find that radiant,
Vibrant energy that looks and feels amazing.
Welcome to your glow up,
My friend.
Let's get started.
Find a comfortable position where you can truly let go and just begin to let your body settle.
Take a deep breath in from the base of the spine all the way to the crown of the head and then exhale it out slowly.
Again,
Take a nice deep breath in,
Filling the belly,
The chest,
All the way to the head and exhale it out.
As you continue with this nice,
Even breath,
Begin to feel the weight of your body releasing.
Allow your shoulders to relax.
Release your jaw,
Let the muscles in your face soften.
Find space between your eyebrows and let your eyes naturally close.
Your arms and legs become heavy and there's no holding on in your belly.
Letting your body know right here,
Right now,
You are completely safe.
As you continue with this nice,
Long,
Even breath,
Your body continues to just melt into the surface supporting you.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Bring your awareness now to your heart.
Breathing into the heart and breathing out.
Breathing into the heart and as you become aware of your heart,
Begin to notice a beautiful spiral staircase that goes deeper and deeper within your heart.
Begin to take this staircase all the way down.
Going down five,
Four,
Three.
At the bottom of the stairs,
You see a beautiful,
Ornate door.
Open the door and step into the most beautiful paradise.
As you step into this paradise,
Your whole body relaxes.
A smile comes across your face.
And you feel a calm deep within you,
Perhaps you haven't felt for a while.
You feel the ground beneath your feet with each step.
There are beautiful trees and birds.
You feel the sun on your skin and the temperature is perfect.
As you walk through this paradise,
You duck underneath a little grove of trees.
As you move the branches out of the way,
You see the most beautiful waterfall.
This waterfall almost takes your breath away.
And you feel a sense of awe as you come up to the water,
You dip your toes in and the water feels amazing.
Light is shimmering off of the waterfall in this beautiful pool.
Making it seem almost magical.
As you step into these waters,
Little by little,
The water comes up to your ankles.
You wade in a little deeper and feel it up to your knees and then up to your waist.
Allowing yourself to be immersed in this water as it washes away any fears,
Any self-doubt.
Any energies that are no longer serving you.
Take a deep breath in.
Exhale it out and just feel these beautiful healing waters clearing your skin.
Washing away anything that makes your skin feel dull.
Washing away stress and the build-up of heavy emotion.
As you wade into this pool,
You stand right underneath the waterfall.
Letting the water wash through your hair and down your face.
This beautiful magical water and the light that is shining from above make your skin glow.
You begin to feel the lightness that comes with the release of anything heavy.
You begin to remember the most vibrant parts of yourself.
The parts of you that feel joy.
The playful parts of you.
Allow yourself now to feel this energy.
The radiant,
Uplifted,
Joyful energy.
Breathe in deeply.
Fill your chest completely and then hold your breath for just a moment.
Again,
Breathing in deeply.
And exhale.
You begin to notice that your entire body feels completely rejuvenated and uplifted.
As you come out of the water,
You sit on a nearby rock.
Letting the sun come down on your skin.
Notice that your skin sparkles.
You are glowing.
Every single part of you feels it.
Your most calm,
Confident,
Radiant self.
And as you look back into the water,
You see a reflection of yourself.
You see the most elevated,
Radiant version of you.
The you that is so comfortable just being yourself.
Feel the smile that lights up a whole room.
See the glow that radiates far beyond your physical body.
And imagine going through your day with this glow.
Allow yourself to see it.
See how you greet people.
See how you interact with them.
Notice how you move.
Imagine walking into a room and knowing that you light up the room.
This version of you is always within you.
This elevated,
Vibrant you has been there all along.
Breathe her in and take her with you into your day.
Take this vibrant energy with you.
Knowing that you can return to this space at any time.
We'll come back to the door.
Back up the staircase.
All the way back into your heart.
Begin to be aware of your body,
Your physical body,
And the space that you're in.
You can wiggle your toes and fingers.
Just allowing yourself to gradually come back to your physical space.
Blink open your eyes and notice the shift in your energy.
You are radiant.
