When we live in the still point, our habits start to soften and give way to greater creativity, spontaneity, and skillful action at the moment. We need to express from within. With practice, we can all learn to live as an effortless flow of grace.

So,

You can start by just letting go of the everything.

Just come back to the still point of the turning world.

At the still point of the turning world,

The world still turns.

Thoughts still flow through the space of mind.

The heart pumps blood,

Neurons fire.

There's still motion and commotion.

And underlying all of this movement,

This motion,

Is a stillness that is always already still and present.

If you're willing to really let go into this stillness,

To really take off the clothing that the mind,

The personality wears to defend itself,

To know itself.

Figuratively,

If you become naked,

Really rest in this stillness.

You start to sense into how big you really are.

How beginningless and endless you really are.

Sensations come and go,

Thoughts come and go,

Worlds come and go.

And you are the luminous,

Liberated,

Self-knowing awareness and the stillness of it all.

And not just still,

But also evolving.

You are the awake awareness beyond time,

Space.

And you are embodied in time and space,

Growing,

Healing,

Becoming something.

And the yearning,

The very unique yearning in your heart in this very moment,

Is utterly singular.

There's no yearning like it in all of the created world and worlds.

Granted deeply in stillness,

You energize and animate this yearning to express what only you can express.
