Hello and welcome back to the 20 Day Meditation Challenge.

Yesterday we reinforced our new positive belief.

We connected with statements that encouraged our worth.

And we connected with a safe person to help us see and better understand what we are good at and where our strengths lie.

So today on Day 10,

The halfway point of the challenge,

We're going to start calling in what our soul deeply desires.

So just a reminder to have your journal ready and something to write with so you can really jot down what comes up for you during this meditation.

So take a minute to set up your space.

Pause the recording if you need.

And when you're ready,

We'll begin.

And so closing down your physical eyes.

Starting to bring the awareness to your breathing.

Take a full belly inhale.

And an audible exhale.

And another deep breath in.

And exhale.

And one more time.

Big breath in.

And complete breath out.

Letting yourself drop in.

Just melting into the surface beneath you.

Beginning to see yourself just floating in the cosmos.

Taking in the dark,

Velvety sky.

The twinkling stars.

Any planets in the moon.

And just allowing that weightless,

Free sensation to wash over you.

And then see yourself in your space.

The space that is just for you.

That you've created in your mind's eye.

And take in what is in this space.

What is the weather like?

Are there seasons here?

What colors take over the space?

Is it dimly lit?

Is it bright and full of light?

What sounds are in this space?

What textures and materials make up your space?

What does your space smell like?

Does it smell like the salty air?

Of a tropical ocean?

An earthy rain forest?

Does it have the smell of fragrant candles?

Everything about this space shows a piece of who you truly are.

Your soul has created this space,

This haven for you,

Based on what you deeply desire,

What you love.

And now bring your awareness to your current space that you live in now.

Does your home,

The town or city you live in,

Does any of it have any pieces of your sacred space that you've created in your mind's eye?

Are there any connections you can make?

If not,

That's okay.

This is what your soul desires.

This is what you want to call in on a deeper subconscious level.

And take a moment here to reflect back to childhood.

Did the things you loved,

The things you loved,

Loved doing,

Were there any connections to your sacred space?

Did the places you love to go,

The things you love to do,

Connect or represent anything in your sacred space?

This is who you truly are.

The things that brought you joy as a child.

The things that bring you joy in your sacred space.

This is what your soul is calling in.

And so take a moment now to think about how you can start to bring your sacred space into your physical world.

How can you start to bring in the joy,

Comfort,

Peace and serenity you experience in your sacred space into the physical world you live in now?

Perhaps that's finding a candle that has the very smell you desire.

Perhaps you find a piece of artwork that encompasses the colors and scenes that are in your sacred space.

Maybe you can drive to somewhere that holds the energy and the essence of your sacred space that's not far from home.

Start to think about how you can bring your sacred space into the present moment,

Your physical world.

And once you've done so,

You can come up when you're ready.
