Join me in a guided deep sleep meditation to enter into a theta state and prepare for bed. We practice parasympathetic breathing techniques to relax the body and let go of the mind for a full release and peaceful sleep.

In this meditation,

We are going to be balancing our chakras.

So I want you to get in a position that is comfortable.

Whether that's sitting down with your feet on the floor and your palms on your legs.

Or laying flat with your eyes closed.

We're going to start out with some deep breaths in the nose and out the mouth.

And again.

And I want you to count to five as you inhale.

And as you exhale,

Imagine a cloud of smoke.

We're going to do this two more times.

I want you to imagine a red cord coming from your tailbone to the center of the core of the earth.

And imagine Mother Earth just feeding you all of her love,

All of her grounding,

All of her nurturing.

You are connected and one to this earth.

Take a minute and feel the warmth and the connection and how this feels through your body.

Now I want you to imagine a golden white light coming in through the crown of your head and going down straight through your body,

Down a line to meet the red cord.

Imagine this is sources love flowing through you.

You feel warmth and embrace.

And this is getting sent to Mother Earth and Mother Earth is reciprocating and sending back her love.

And I want you to imagine these two channels feeding each other.

And it's peaceful.

It's harmonizing.

You should feel a little tingly,

A little warm and be very,

Very relaxed.

Let your breathing go to its normal form now.

And take a minute just to be in this space.

Notice all the sensations.

We are going to imagine a reddish orangish brown light of warmth at our tailbone.

Glowing,

Eliminating that area of security,

Of grounding,

Of stability.

Knowing that you are enough.

You are an amazing creation.

You are a miracle.

And here for a reason.

I want you to sit with this light and let it warm up your whole lower body.

Now,

I want you to imagine an orange light right below your belly button.

This is your center for creativity,

Your womb.

Embrace the feeling and imagine the light swirling through this area.

Take a deep breath into your lower abdomen and feel the air fill up your stomach and then your rib cage and your heart and then exhale.

Next we are moving in right above your belly button.

I want you to imagine a golden yellow light.

This is your intuition.

Knowing to listen to that instinct that has been placed inside of you.

Take another deep breath into this area and exhale.

I now want you to place your hands on your heart and on your stomach and feel your heartbeat.

Feel the rhythm connect to your heart center.

And imagine a green light swirling through your center.

We come from a place of love.

We serve.

We are worthy.

Take a deep breath in through your heart and exhale.

Continue to feel your body,

Your heartbeat as we imagine a blue light over our throat.

The blue light is swirling.

Our voices are strong and powerful.

We speak up for reason.

We stand in our truth.

Allow that blue light healing to flow up and down your throat.

I want you to take another release breath.

Five seconds in and five seconds out.

We're going to do this one more time,

But I want you to exhale everything that your throat has been holding onto.

And again.

We are going to move on to our third eye.

I want you to take your gaze and focus it at the space right between and above your eyebrows.

It's a connection to source.

An amazing opportunity for visions.

Let's take a moment and get connected.

I want you to imagine an indigo light swirling in this area.

Going to breathe at your natural form.

Do not be afraid to go within.

Pay attention to what you see,

What you feel without judgment.

If thoughts are popping up,

Let them just flow by.

Just acknowledge them.

They have no power over you.

Imagine them whisking by like a breeze.

Now we are going to move to our crown chakra,

Which is located at the top of our head.

And I want you to imagine a violent light opening up and streaming down from source God universe.

It is flowing into our bodies with unconditional love.

This is your spirituality.

This is your connection.

I want you to imagine the violet light starting at your forehead,

Flowing down to your eyebrows and down to your nose and mouth and throat.

It's now flowing to your shoulders,

Down your arms,

Through your fingertips,

Down your tummy,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

Your calves,

Your toes.

Imagine that constant flow of unconditional love flowing through you from source.

Now,

I want you to wiggle your toes,

Wiggle your fingers,

Soften your gaze.

And come back into your body.

You should feel lighter,

More balanced,

And more centered.

Imagine that constant flow of unconditional love flowing through you from source God universe.
