Meditation Timer OnlineA decade ago, while on vacation, I placed a flower offering in the ocean and asked God for what I was so desperately seeking - peace-of-mind. In the lead up to this point, I had been unsuccessful in breaking free from a downward spiral of thinking which impacted my general well-being. However, my surrender to the Universe opened a new doorway of possibility for me to let go and dig deep. This internal quest renewed my spirituality, and led me on a path of prayer, mindfulness and Reiki - inspiring me to help others on their wellness journey. In 2021, after a long career in the fintech industry, I started my own holistic practice called Resting Bell Wellness Inc., which is now branded under the name of my podcast, The Stumbling Spirit. This interview-format show examines the complex and layered topic of resilience cultivation from different angles. On each episode, guests share their expertise, stories and insights to help us all develop greater resilience in our lives.
