Okay,
So just creating a space now to come into stillness.
Bringing the eyes to a gentle close or to a soft gaze.
Drawing your awareness to the current state of your mind.
Noticing if there's some busyness there,
Maybe some processing,
Some curiosity or some integration.
Noticing the state of your body,
How comfortable and relaxed you feel.
Or maybe noticing if there's any tension,
Any discomfort,
Anything that's held here.
And then checking in with your heart and your emotions.
Noticing whatever is just immediately calling out to you.
There's no right or wrong here.
There's no judgment.
There's nothing that you need to change or fix or do.
But just allowing yourself to come into a space of noticing.
And as you notice,
Allowing for any of this information that may be emerging for you to be your guide.
And as you're settling in,
Noticing perhaps if you need a breath,
Maybe a sigh or a stretch.
Or maybe offering your body a little bit more support or comfort.
Shifting.
And then just starting to notice your breath.
Noticing the inhale.
Noticing the exhale.
Noticing the expansion into the body with each breath in.
Noticing the air entering your nostrils.
Noticing the rise of your chest.
Moving into the front body,
Into your ribs.
Noticing the belly.
And bringing with it sensation,
Energy,
Maybe some intention.
Bringing awareness into your low belly.
Into your hips.
Into your pelvis.
Into the genitals.
Noticing the length of your spine.
And then noticing the unwinding.
The contraction or the settling of these same spaces on each exhale.
Noticing if you can slowly come into a nice,
Easy rhythm with your breath.
Noticing if it's accessible to you readily,
Or if it's a little bit more difficult.
It is okay.
But just accessing whatever level of ease with your breath is available to you right now.
And if you ever find yourself,
Through this meditation,
Getting distracted,
I invite you to come back to your breath again and again.
Noticing the inhale.
Using it as your anchor.
And as you continue to be guided by your breath,
Taking that awareness into your body.
Taking note of it.
See if you have any flexing or tension happening that maybe you weren't aware of until you notice it now.
Maybe softening a bit through the face,
The mouth,
Or the jaw.
Letting the shoulders drop down a little more.
Using your hands and your fingers,
Just letting them settle.
Allowing for a bit more expansion on your next inhale.
Even a little bit more relaxation in the length of your spine.
Noticing all the spots where your body connects with the surface beneath it.
And allowing yourself to feel held and supported here in this moment.
So just doing your best to stay in the body,
Stay with your breath.
Guiding yourself back again and again.
And in that,
Offering yourself patience and compassion as we journey through the next few moments here together now.
I want you to see if you can bring to mind a vision of yourself.
And this is a special kind of vision.
In a special kind of place.
Imagining yourself wearing something long and flowing and beautiful.
Something soft and nourishing to your skin.
Noticing the colors that emerge.
The sensations in your body.
And just starting to build this picture in your mind.
And as you're standing there,
I want you to start building a picture also around you.
You are there alone,
But in the most beautiful place.
Maybe it's a beautifully decorated room.
Maybe you're outside in a luscious forest.
Or maybe you're standing on a mountaintop.
Wherever you are,
Just connecting to the sights and sounds,
The smells and the sensations of this place as you stand there in it.
And this space is so welcoming.
It's so safe for you.
It is a space where you feel like you can be totally yourself.
Surrendering to the freedom that you feel when you're here.
The freedom and ease you feel.
Radiant.
Just soaking up the beauty of this place.
And now taking a closer look at yourself.
Standing there.
Beautifully draped.
Embracing every curve of your magical body.
Looking at your hands,
Your face,
Or falls down the back of your neck.
Looking at your legs,
Strong,
Holding you here steady.
Looking at perhaps what might be a subtle smile on your face.
Looking at your lips,
Your eyes,
Your neck,
Your collarbones.
The length of each arm.
Imagining the curve of your spine down to your bottom.
Your chest,
Your breasts,
Moving down into your belly and into your hips,
Your pelvis,
And your genitals.
And seeing now if you can just be in a space of awe and appreciation of yourself.
Of your beauty.
Of your strength.
Of your sensuality.
Seeing this spectacular version of you.
Standing before you for you to behold.
And this beautiful,
Sensual being knows exactly what she wants.
She knows what feels good in her body.
She's not afraid to ask for it.
She welcomes pleasure.
She knows it's her birthright.
She is open.
Fully ready to receive.
Uninhibited and surrendering.
And you can connect with just how powerful this version of you is.
She is unapologetic.
Sexy in her own unique way.
Confident.
And just witnessing her there now,
Standing here in front of you.
This beautiful aura.
Maybe a bit of a glow even surrounding her.
And you feel drawn to her more and more with each second that you look at her.
And then as you get closer and closer to her,
You recognize that you are her.
And she is you.
Allowing yourself to feel all that she feels and all that she is.
Letting yourself dissolve into her.
Sensual.
Erotic.
Connected to and so in love with your own body.
Being able to access and enjoy pleasure.
To welcome and to seek it.
Knowing fully that you are allowed to and that you deserve to feel good.
Imagining and appreciating all that is unique,
Special and beautiful about you.
Maybe it's your curly hair.
Your beautiful eyes.
Your soft belly.
Or the tattoos you are adorned with.
Maybe it's your sensuous lips.
Your soft skin.
Or your long legs.
Allowing yourself to adore and appreciate and honor your body and the magic and power it holds.
Seeing your erotic self as a central and most beautiful part of who you are.
A part of you that when you connect to it,
Allows you to enjoy being sexual.
To see your sensuality as a spark.
The fire that lights up in you and the delicious gift that you have available to you at all times.
It leaves you.
And it's beyond expectation or definition.
Envisioning yourself as the powerful,
Beautiful,
Confident,
Sexual and erotic being that you are.
And immersing yourself in this vision.
Stepping into it fully.
And noticing how it feels to stand in your power.
To embrace rather than to judge or reject.
To trust rather than to doubt yourself.
To appreciate your worth.
Your magic.
Your mystery.
Your magnetism.
She is always a part of you.
But sometimes we can forget.
So know now as we prepare to close off our meditation.
That you can come back to this whenever you need to.
Reminding yourself again and again until you fully know your truth and your power.
Now,
Preparing to come out of this meditative space for now.
I invite you to honour and witness this vision and place and space that you have cultivated and created for yourself.
Knowing again that you can.
And inviting you to start to bring in some deeper breaths into your body.
Bringing in maybe some very nice gentle movement.
Fluttering the eyelids.
Maybe wiggling your fingers or toes.
Maybe finding a nice deep sigh or taking a stretch.
To your space.
So if you're lying down.
Slowly make your way over onto one side.
Pausing there for a few breaths if you'd like.
Or if you're seated.
Shifting and slowly when you're ready.
Bringing yourself back into your room.
And opening your eyes.
