In this guided exercise, you will be able to explore different types of touch and sensation using different sensory objects for example, a soft blanket, a feather, an ice or heat pack, or any other items that allow you to compare the experience of different items on your skin. It is intended to allow you to more mindfully tune into your body and to begin to notice pleasing sensations vs. more neutral or negative ones.
