Meditation Timer OnlineTheresa (Dr. T) is a social psychologist, certified Mind-Body Skills facilitator, and qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher. Her work focuses on the parts of being human that we all share: living in a body, navigating stress, aging (if we’re lucky), and facing grief, loss, and change. Dr. T blends psychology, mindfulness, and lived experience to help people develop greater self-awareness and compassion. Rather than presenting mindfulness as a quick fix, she teaches practical ways to pause, notice what’s happening, and respond with more clarity and care.
